onThis was my first visit to this dealership. Entering the service area was easy to find. I walked into the building and was not sure where to go as I did not see any employees. I stood at the cashier counter for about 4-5 minutes before I was greeted. I had made an appointment online for an oil change. After I was checked in it did take a little longer than I expected, but Mike kept giving me frequent updates throughout the duration of my wait. I felt that they were really doing there best to get everything done in a timely manner and they made it a priority to keep me updated. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
