The dealership is attractive, clean, and a pleasant place to shop. The web site is informative and easy to… navigate. I was especially appreciative of Rod's efforts, his demeanor, and the professional way he did business. He followed up on every issue I posed - and did so in an easy-going manner. by pnewton1 on 02/05/2015I always thought five star ratings looked kind of fake. So here are the specifics: 1. I was able to get a price over the phone and the price did not change, plus the TTL and doc fee. That was it. 2. The finance guy Bud accidently… included GAP (computer default), so the sales guy Tim drove 60 to bring me the papers to re-sign and save me $3 a month. 3. Tim, the sales guy, drove my car around back for two days until I was off work and could come and get it. The only down side? Coffee and water only while waiting (about an hour and a half walk in until drive out). Bring your own soda if you drink soda.Excellent Service

It is a pain to make the drive, but it is worth it to receive… satisfactory service and repairs.Service department

I was in and out within 30 minutes. They washed and vacuumed my car… too. I'm really impressed. I will be back.great times

by LadyDoktor on 07/04/2014This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I went to another dealership 2 weekends in a row wanting an Azera. They made me wait hours each time. When I asked for the price of the car I wanted they told me I had to wait to speak to… the manager--more time. I left and called them back the next working day. No price--I had to come in. I then emailed Texan Hyundai--Rod responded promptly. I texted a couple of times and talked to him once and told him what I wanted and that I wanted his best price. He got back to me quickly and it was a very good price. I drove out that night (he kept the dealership open late), test drove the car, and bought it--all within an hour. No hassle, great service. They had the paperwork ready to go. I returned to pick up the car 2 days later--Rod spend an hour with me going over the details. It drives beautifully. This is the way to sell a car and have a happy customer. I told Rod he needs to advertise he is worth the drive!Excellent

By taking my car in reguarly for oil changes i'm never worried about getting behind on… service that is required maintenance for the guys always look out for pending or upcoming work so I can rest easy knowing that my Hyundia is always road ready.Oil change
