Sales Associate Lovo at Lute Riley

We had an excellent sales experience with the help of Claudio Lovo. He was extremely patient and reasonable, answering our many questions clearly and credibly, and offering terms that seemed fair compared to other dealership experiences… elsewhere. The dealership should be commended for having Mr. Lovo on board. The loan manager was extremely knowledgeable, personable and credible in all respects.

Lori Zorn greeted me from the parking lot and was cheerfully… happy to help me. She was attentive to asking me details in what I was looking for and helped even further by asking questions of things I hadn't considered. She made the test drive fun and enjoyable, showing me and explaining all the features that the car had to offer. She was able to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire experience. She was there helping me until the very end and made herself available for any needs that I may come across. I love my new car and I'm glad that I was able to have Lori there to help me.Express Service Incompetence
by GeekinTexas on 04/04/2016Even though I have a Corolla, I'm quite familiar with Lute Riley, as I've owned several Hondas in the past (and my wife has one now). So when my tire pressure light came on, I pulled into Lute Riley to have them check it. I was about 45… days from state inspection deadline too, so I asked them to do a state inspection as well. 20 minutes later, they called my name and said it was ready. I asked if the tire was okay, and the girl at the counter said nothing was written up so it must have been okay - maybe it was just the rain. The idiot light was off when I left, so they at least filled it up. Two hours later, dressed in a tuxedo to go downtown, I find my back left tire completely flat. Grumbling, I turned on my compressor and filled it up. As soon as it was to pressure, I could hear the Hssssssst sound, and knew that it wouldn't last. Even if I made it downtown, it would be flat when the event was over. The nail was easily found simply by sound. Without enough room to jack the car up in the garage, and without enough time to make other arrangements, I pulled it out onto the driveway and proceeded to put on the spare in the rain. Cussing at Lute Riley the whole time. That cussing continues to this day, a month later. At least they did the state inspection okay.Ron, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Long HAPPY story short...John McCristian worked to get me into a beautiful 2008 Chevy Silverado… (I've always wanted one!). Fun loving great guy, NO pressure, it was like a day out with a friend. Joe from financing was great too. Test drove the… Honda Fit, reviewed the options and got the car. Less than 2 hours total, best buying experience ever.Great experience

by KatyTraczek on 11/12/2015The first time we went, we had the pleasure of meeting Thanh, who took us for a test drive in the new, 2016 Honda HR-V. Along the way, he excitedly talked to us about all of the features included in the car. When we got back to the… dealership, he waited patiently as we opened every door, messed with every button and setting, and moved every seat to see what all it had to offer. : ) We had to get a couple of things taken care of financially, so we left and in the meantime, we received a hand-written note in the mail from Thanh, telling us how happy he was to have met us and how he hoped wed be back. When we did come back, he was off work, so we were referred to Javed, who was also incredibly patient and thorough in talking to us more about the car. Their Sales Manager, Harrison worked hard to get us the best value he could for our trade-in and made absolutely sure that I was comfortable with the amount before even beginning to move forward on the deal. While they took care of all of the logistics, Chad came over to the desk at the perfect time to talk through all of the accessories that were available to us. He was able to offer us a great deal on some all-season floor mats and a trunk organizer, and that just added to the excitement that I already felt. We worked with Grady and Clint in the financing department, and I also cannot say enough good things about them. Grady tried to make sure we were getting the best interest rate possible, and Clint took the time to explain every line item to us to make sure that we knew what we were paying for. When he presented us with optional add-ons, he waited patiently as we talked through it, (which is a feat in and of itself, as my husband and I are both very, very indecisive.) : ) Driving away from Lute Riley Honda in my new car, I felt so well taken care of and so valued as a customer. Richardson isnt the closest to our house, so we had gone to other dealerships prior to this. Each and every one of the salesmen we had been in contact with from other dealerships pretty much fell off the face of the earth once the end of the month came and went. That wasnt the case with Lute Riley. They kept in contact with us and made sure we knew that we werent just another number to add to their quota. We were valued customers to them, and we knew that from start to finish. I absolutely love my new HR-V and Im so grateful for the team at Lute Riley Honda in Richardson for their hard work to make us happy!Excellent experience!
