I had done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted, I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Jacky, he was great, explained the features, options and the purchasing processs. Joe from financing was great too. Test drove the Honda Fit, reviewed the options and got the car. Less than 2 hours total, best buying experience ever.
