Stay away from Autoflex
by jnwright17 on 07/25/2017I purchased a used 2016 BMW 328i from Autoflex. A few months after purchase I took it to the BMW dealership to have a noise under the hood checked out. Found out the car had a front bent tire rod and someone had replaced one of the struts… with the wrong strut which was causing the noise. I notified Autoflex of the issues and they declined to help stating the car fax was clear. We never hit anything in the car since we have owned it to bend the tire rod and never had a strut replaced. The car is still under factory warranty so if I had a problem with a strut I would have taken it to the dealership and they would not replace it with the wrong strut. Autoflex also never made me aware of only one key fob being available until after all paperwork was signed. Awful expierence and now I'm having to pay for a new key fob, new "correct" strut and getting the bent tire rod fixed. $3300 later hopefully there are no more surprises. Stay away from Autoflex.Very Impressed/ Exceeded my expectations
by adri777 on 01/29/2017I bought a Lexus from them 7 years ago and recently bought a Cadillac from Park Place Jaguar of Plano. I bought it on Friday Dec. 30, 2016 and you would assume that being "Park Place" it would have excellent customer service. Well it was… my worst experience ever buying a car. My neighbor saw my car and decided to finally make the jump and buy a new one as well so we searched for the Infinity X60 she wanted and we found it at AutoFlex Leasing. We found it on Sat. Dec. 31st and they were about to close, it was new years eve, yet they still helped us out and it was the BEST experience ever buying a vehicle. Even though everyone had plans that night, they still took the time to take care of us and not rush us. They had my neighbor's best interest in mind and answered all of her questions and even deterred her from giving too much of a downpayment and the reasoning as to why. I was amazed how detailed they were through the whole process. I had a much better experience helping my neighbor buy her vehicle than I did buying my own vehicle the day before from the prestige Park Place Jaguar in Plano. Hats off to Tony our sales rep and the managing and finance team at AutoFlex. They Advertise Cars They Don't Have
by Richardsoner on 06/29/2014I was speaking with them for 3 days on a 2010 Lexus IS350C convertible. I even commented to the person I was dealing with that the car looked identical to a car that came and went back in April. When I was finally able to go for a test… drive I waited around for close to an hour and was eventually told the car had been sold. What's really bad is that the car is still being advertised on their website. So were they lying or do they have no idea what's in their inventory? They Do Care!
by hamsterfury on 04/18/2014updated 08/29/2025Honestly I initially had a bad experience with AutoFlex. However after posting several bad reviews online and more importantly completing a poor survey I was immediately contacted by one of the managing owners. He stated that I fell through… the cracks and had he or the branch manager known that I wasn't being treated like the way I should they would've intervened directly. Well, they went above and beyond to make up for that poor experience. If they truly didn't care about the customer they wouldn't done what they did to re-earn my business. If you feel like you are not being treated the way you deserve then don't hesitate to bring it to management's attention. I didn't want to run to the manager like the person I was dealing with was a bad waiter but that's exactly what I should have done. I went from NEVER going to do any business with them again as well as everything I could do to make sure everyone knew it to now recommending them outright! Not to mention that they will be getting my business in the future! Just to be clear it wasn't my numerous negative postings that prompted their attention but rather the bad survey I submitted (the one that they sent as a followup). To me that says that their reaction wasn't because of bad publicity but more importantly that they actually care about their customers. This is really amplified by fact that I wasn't buying a new Lexus with platinum credit but rather a pre-owned domestic with not so good credit. Yes! I am just as important to them as the rock stars and pro-athletes they deal with as well. If not then why would one of the owners himself ensure that my opinion of them was changed and on the very next day after I submitted the negative survey!
About our dealership
We turn over our pre-owned inventory about 2 1/2 times a month. Most cars last from a few days, to maybe a week, on our lots. It can also take up to 3 days for our inventory to come off web sites after they are sold. A call in advance, to verify the car is still available, is always a good idea. We are truly sorry that the car you wanted to test drive had been sold when you arrived.
