They Advertise Cars They Don't Have
Written by 06/29/2014
onI was speaking with them for 3 days on a 2010 Lexus IS350C convertible. I even commented to the person I was dealing with that the car looked identical to a car that came and went back in April. When I was finally able to go for a test drive I waited around for close to an hour and was eventually told the car had been sold. What's really bad is that the car is still being advertised on their website. So were they lying or do they have no idea what's in their inventory?

Dealer Response
We turn over our pre-owned inventory about 2 1/2 times a month.
Most cars last from a few days, to maybe a week, on our lots.
It can also take up to 3 days for our inventory to come off web sites after they are sold.
A call in advance, to verify the car is still available, is always a good idea.
We are truly sorry that the car you wanted to test drive had been sold when you arrived.
