My sales guy named Tommy Roy was outstanding and knowledgeable, he was the main reason I bought the car. He went above and beyond. Tommy delivered my car on his day off and it was detailed, thanks Tommy for all of your help.

Great Service Rep!

My service rep, Tim W., was exceptional. He was very friendly, extremely patient (it took several days for me to pick up my car) and I did not feel at all like he was trying to pressure me into buying extra services. Therefore, I was much more willing (and did) purchase needed service repairs instead of going to a non-dealership service shop. I will be bringing my Buick Enclave back to Tim any time there is a repair or maintenance needed. He has earned my repeat business going forward.

Servise after the sale

I recently purchased 2014 Serra with factory defects. Ewings professional service team identified and fixed the problems. I can purchase a truck at any dealership, but it’s the service after the sale that counts and keeps me coming back. Ewings service is the best of the best.

Buick Regal 2011 Service Call

My 2011 Buick Regal was in need of a new battery. Took my car into the dealership on Saturday 9/28 and the Service Advisor Tim Walters was ready for my arrival. I was able to get some online work completed thanks to your free Wi-Fi service and I was on my way in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service I received from Ewing as well as the organized and thorough work of Tim Walters!

Hassle free SUV buying

Gary P. was a wonderful salesman. He was honest and helpful. He took time to explain the vehicle to me and help me get my phone book stored into the car. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I've had. Even the finance guy Joe was great. He offered the extended warranty, when I declined he moved on. He did not get pushy about it. I really appreciate all their help. I hope the service department is as great as the sales department.

Sean was awesome to work with! I had no intention of purchasing a car when I walked in and walked out with a new Buick Encore! The service by Ewing Buick was professional and quick. I appreciated the attention to detail and the service received. Would highly recommend!

So far, a very pleasant and professional experience. Suzanne, the sales rep has been very attentive and followed through on every commitment made. The true measure of the dealership will be my interaction with the service department. I will withhold a final opinion until I have to deal with this side of the business. However, I do remain optimistic that I will not be disappointed.

Love my new Acadia!!

From the very first moment that Tony T. greeted me and my brother until leaving the dealership with my new Acadia, I could not be more pleased with my experience at Ewing GMC. Tony was very knowledgeable and it was apparent that he had my satisfaction and vehicle needs as a top priority. He asked me a lot of pertinent questions and answered any questions I had with patience and knowledge. I am really pleased with the Ewing Edge and I love my new vehicle!

This dealership means it when they say they care about customers

I was quite frustrated when I first took possession of my 2013 Enclave due to problems with syncing my phone to the car. However, everyone at Ewing, from the front end of Andres, Michael, Suzanne & Randy to the back end service guys, Ben & Tim, were all extremely patient and diligent in trying to resolve my problem. It turned out the problem totally had to do with MY phone and NOTHING to do with Buick or Ewing, but they never quit trying to help or lost patience with me. I also have to compliment the corporate GM representative, Brandon, that happened to be at Ewing that day for his help too. He also took a personal interest in trying to solve the problem getting the Detroit technology person on the phone to offer advice. I have never experienced better personalized service anywhere - and I mean anywhere, not just other car dealers. This dealership deserves top accolades and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to Ewing Buick/GMC.

Buying a car here is so easy!

I recently bought a Certified Used 2010 Buick Lacrosse, and the car buying process was never so easy! The team at Ewing are very professional and they provided me with excellent service. They gave me a fair price, (on the trade and the car) and I received great terms on my finance. Now, I take my car in for service, and I always get it back in a timely manner. Thanks Ewing!

I am not even sure ifwhat they are doing is legal - never go to this place

Last Saturday I got the urge to get a new truck & called the internet sales department to see if something could be worked out. I explained to the sales person that because of how busy I am with work I do not have time to go back & forth over price or financing. I gave him my particulars and parameters under which I was comfortable purchasing the truck & asked him if he thought there was a realistic possibility of making it happen. He told me he thought he could get close and asked me to come in so that he could get a first hand look at my trade in and see where the numbers would end up. I was happy with his suggestion & told him that if he could meet what my criteria I would buy the truck. If he could not just let me know so that I could move on and get back to work and he could focus on another buyer. This would be the last pleasant experience I would have with this dealership. Upon arrival I gave him my truck for inspection, test drove the new truck (which I actually really like), then sat down for what was exactly what I told him I did not have time to do. He came back twice with the different numbers & tried to get me to put more down than I asked for. I told him point blank I am not going to do it I need to get back to work, please get me my truck. Oh, I forgot to mention I have yet to see my truck that I was considering trading in. They also still had the keys. At this point he finance manager came over to try to pressure sell me the vehicle. He also kept trying to talk a deal with me. I literally told him 4 times I am not going to buy this truck from you please get me my truck so I can leave. Finally, I had to look them in the eyes and say, "you need to go get me my tuck now!!". At this point I was more than angry and did not have the means to leave other than walk home. I was trapped in one of those sales rooms with two guys trying to pressure me after I told them repeatedly not just no but get my vehicle so that I can leave. In any other situation I would have felt as though I should be worried about a physical confrontation. It sincerely felt that way. Certainly there is some kind of law against hiding your potential trade in that you own (vehicle & keys) and proceeding to pressure you into buying something that you do not want. I know that this is probably a long review but everyone should know about their tactics and NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Ewing Buick Pontiac GMC

I had the SAME experience as the previous person. Via internet, my husband requested a quote for a vehicle with certain options. The saleswoman responded with a quote and stated that there just happened to be one on the lot with the same options. Upon arrival, the saleswoman informed us that the e-mail response was not from her but from her boss (using her e-mail acct) and that there was never actually that particular car on the lot. She then proceeded to show us the $42,000 model (the original quote was for $31,000). This was a typical Bait and Switch scheme. In addition, we wanted to look at the Enclave. She refused to show us the model. She said it would be too expensive and that there wasn't a model on the lot. It was almost as if she had to sell a certain type of car for a specified amount of money. In the end, she sold nothing!

Visited this dealership as they were quick to give me a response to the Buick Enclave, in the color I was looking for. Upon arriving, salesman informed me they did not have the color but could look for it. He then showed me the two on the showroom floor. After that I suggested I would come back for a test drive as I did not have the time at that moment. Salesman stated they were not allowing test drives on this vehicle UNLESS they potential buyer was willing to sit down and come to terms on a purchase. I asked how could you do that without driving the vehicle? That is part of the whole decision making process, is it not? I advised them to remove me from their contact list. I am sure I can find a dealership that would allow a test drive! Poor customer service and handling of this situation.
