I was ill on the appointment date and Manny sent someone over to pickup my car so that we could keep the service appointment. All of the details were handled over… the phone to my complete satisfaction and Manny had the card dropped off at my house a few days later. I feel that this unique experience was possible only because of the trusted relationship I have built with Manny and others at the Porsche Plano service department over the years. by KDC1959 on 10/14/2020Purchased a low mile 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS. Andy in sales was the consumate gentleman, personable and did not pressure in any way. Andy was "available" but kept out of the way of me convincing myself that this was the right car. He… answered every techincal question displaying his thorough knowledge without being smug or condescending like many salespeople can be. Car was a CPO vehicle. A problem with the transfer case became evident after a couple of days. (Cayennes are notorious for transfer case issues). Discussed issue with GM of dealership who got with their service manager involved. They replaced the transfer case in the vehicle in a matter of about four hours and had the car back to me the same day. Problem solved. Amazing vehicle.Great Service Porsche Plano

by ???????? on 07/26/2019updated 08/02/2019The dealer diagnosis of the problem was not accurate.Initially the window motor was to be replaced ,a replacement was ordered from Germany which takes one week and They will call us for for an appointment. Three weeks later I called to get… status and I was informed the motor arrived that day. I was given an appointment for the following Monday. Took the car on Monday , I was told they need the car for few days to replace the motor,called on Wednesday to let them know that we need the car on Thursday and they thought it’s possible. Passed by Wednesday evening to get the child car seat so we don’t rush them. While there I was told the car is ready and the motor wasn’t replaced and was a programming update only!!!!!!!Service
