Porsche Plano

Purchased a low mile 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS. Andy in sales was the consumate gentleman, personable and did not pressure in any way. Andy was "available" but kept out of the way of me convincing myself that this was the right car. He answered every techincal question displaying his thorough knowledge without being smug or condescending like many salespeople can be. Car was a CPO vehicle. A problem with the transfer case became evident after a couple of days. (Cayennes are notorious for transfer case issues). Discussed issue with GM of dealership who got with their service manager involved. They replaced the transfer case in the vehicle in a matter of about four hours and had the car back to me the same day. Problem solved. Amazing vehicle.
