Dealership Service Review
The dealer diagnosis of the problem was not accurate.Initially the window motor was to be replaced ,a replacement was ordered from Germany which takes one week and They will call us for for an appointment. Three weeks later I called to get status and I was informed the motor arrived that day. I was given an appointment for the following Monday. Took the car on Monday , I was told they need the car for few days to replace the motor,called on Wednesday to let them know that we need the car on Thursday and they thought it’s possible. Passed by Wednesday evening to get the child car seat so we don’t rush them. While there I was told the car is ready and the motor wasn’t replaced and was a programming update only!!!!!!!
