Love the 2016 Porsche Cayman!

He was outstanding to work with especially I am from Oregon and bought and shipped the car from Texas. 5… Stars all around. I was also impressed with the Plano dealership putting $7,500 free service of new tires, spark plugs, oil change, and complete inside and out car detailing before shipping the car to me. 718 Spyder - Love it!!!

by Rick on 08/23/2022Mark Laurenzi has been our salesman for over 12 years, and we have bought three cars from him. From the very first awesome test drive until now, We count him as a friend. We have enjoyed our relationship. To this day I will drop by just to… say hi. He found a very difficult to find Porsche Cayman for my wife. Not only made in limited numbers for one year only, but she also wanted the introductory color AND a manual. I think those wishes dropped the number in North America to exist to like less than 50. I wife was over the moon. Our experience at Porsche Plano from when they were call Boardwalk Porsche until now has been fabulous!. From the General Mgr until recently, Mike Marsh, to Mark Laurenzi, our salesman, the service advisers, to Larry Irby Parts Manager, and of course our very own Master Technician and car prep EXPERT , John Gladwell. If anyone would have EVER told me that I would trust ANY automobile dealership, let alone count them as trusted friends, I would have told them they were crazy. The only problem; I now expect this level of trust and service at other car brand dealerships,,,,, and no where else ever quite measures up. This has been a FABULOUS relationship for over 12 years. This was the 5th Porsche I have purchased from Mark over 15+ years and 7th Porsche I have owned since 1989. Once again Mark provided superior,… friendly, honest and professional sales help to find the right Porsche for me. Mark's help and strong knowledge of everything Porsche was definitely the key to my purchasing my latest Porsche. I am enjoying my Boxster immensely. It handles superbly and looks magnificent. Not as fast as the 2 turbo 911's I have owned in the past, but I enjoy every minute driving it. I drive 17 miles to Addison 3 days a week and it is the only reason I get motivated in the morning to go to work. I would without reservation highly recommend discussing with Mark any questions you might have regarding Porsche's. His knowledge of the brand is excellent. by Koteshwar Rao on 07/24/2022Very responsive Porsche sales representative, Mark Laurenzi... I was looking for a certified pre-owned car and Porsche caught my eye. I expressed interest to test drive a Macan and left my contact information. Within next few hours, I… received an email from Mark Laurenzi with details related to the car and his contact information. I scheduled a visit and test drove a Macan. I had also liked Cayenne but it was out of my budget. I still wanted to test drive a Cayenne and see how different does it feel compared to Macan. During the same visit, Mark picked-up a Cayenne and let me test drive. The Macan was still in garage preparing for the sale while I also noticed a 2018 Panamera being available on their website which was just a little outside of my budget. I inquired about it and test drove the Panamera immediately. I really liked it, paid booking amount and took delivery in about a week. The only reason I bought a Panamera and from Porsche Plano is because Mark was very responsive to all my questions and attended/returned all my calls addressing all my questions. He let me test drive all the cars I was interested in and explaining various financing options. Each purchase has been an enjoyable experience from… arriving at the dealership through the final paperwork because they treat me like family and know me by my first name. The Service department sets the bar for customer service and satisfaction. They will either come to my home to pick up the car for a 1 day service, or for longer service windows they will have a Porsche loaner vehicle ready for me that I can use while my Porsche is being serviced. Even when I show up for service, Mark Laurenzi knows and stops by to ask how I like my vehicles. by Luis Salazar on 06/23/2022I wanted to take the time to let you know that i was the complete opposite of satisfied , the person assigned to me was Jeff , and not only did he make me feel like an inconvenience but he was rude , discredited what I was claiming to him… and my car came back to me in a worse condition than I had turned it in . Prior to dropping my car at the dealership my car did not make any noise at all and now it is still making an obnoxious noise . I took my car back on Monday to address the noise that occurred when my car was returned to me on Friday. the noise was " fixed and everything was perfectly ok " my car is still making the same noise .
