Porsche Plano

Very responsive Porsche sales representative, Mark Laurenzi... I was looking for a certified pre-owned car and Porsche caught my eye. I expressed interest to test drive a Macan and left my contact information. Within next few hours, I received an email from Mark Laurenzi with details related to the car and his contact information. I scheduled a visit and test drove a Macan. I had also liked Cayenne but it was out of my budget. I still wanted to test drive a Cayenne and see how different does it feel compared to Macan. During the same visit, Mark picked-up a Cayenne and let me test drive. The Macan was still in garage preparing for the sale while I also noticed a 2018 Panamera being available on their website which was just a little outside of my budget. I inquired about it and test drove the Panamera immediately. I really liked it, paid booking amount and took delivery in about a week. The only reason I bought a Panamera and from Porsche Plano is because Mark was very responsive to all my questions and attended/returned all my calls addressing all my questions. He let me test drive all the cars I was interested in and explaining various financing options. Only because the support shown, I could confidently go ahead and purchase the Panamera and now, I am a happy Porsche Plano customer.
