onI wanted to take the time to let you know that i was the complete opposite of satisfied , the person assigned to me was Jeff , and not only did he make me feel like an inconvenience but he was rude , discredited what I was claiming to him and my car came back to me in a worse condition than I had turned it in . Prior to dropping my car at the dealership my car did not make any noise at all and now it is still making an obnoxious noise . I took my car back on Monday to address the noise that occurred when my car was returned to me on Friday. the noise was " fixed and everything was perfectly ok " my car is still making the same noise . I'm asking for this to be addressed and fixed .
