He was also very helpful when I was picking out my options on… the vehicle and trying to decide which ones I should get. He was readily available for my questions and kept me posted all along the way with updates on the process. I keep coming back here for the great experience and also for the excellent service. Tim Shaffer is absolutely the best. He knows everything there is to know about cars and is always friendly and helpful. Never ever thought I would want to buy a convertible...until I met Jon Griggs and David Loder. I now own a Porsche 911 4 GTS Convertible. The… whole car buying experience was elevated and better than any I had ever had (and I have bought Alfa Romeo, Mercedes AMG, Aston Martin, etc.). Great people who actually take the time to listen to what you are looking for and willing to show you something you never knew you might want. No high pressure sales tactics and gave me the time I needed to make the best decision. 5 star experience from the sale to the delivery to working with Anthony in the finance department. Boxster S Tune

Took a few days but definitely worth the wait. I would like to thank Mark in sales for suggesting the… It and Patrick in service for making it happen. Power is unbelievable and gas mileage when not in sport mode is better than before the upgrade. I would recommend the upgrade, but only by Porsche of Plano.Great Experience - Every Single Time!

by disappointed on 01/20/2023Left a previous review of 3 stars giving the dealership a chance to address the lack of alignment, wheel balancing, floors being unclean, etc.... and haven't heard a peep from them. I also discovered the air filter was dirty and needed to… be replaced in the first week of ownership. Remember, they give you bottom dollar for your vehicle but sell at the very top end of the value on the vehicle under the auspices of cost to recondition the car, etc..... Basic items weren't done and now come out of my pocket to rectify when they will claim they do all those things before they place the vehicle for sale. Disappointing......Meh......

Contacted them about this and they said they would talk with the tech. That doesn't help me because I'm over 2 hours away from… the dealership. They should allow me to go have the alignment and wheel balancing done and reimburse me the cost.Dream car purchase

Mark made the process a nice experience. He was very helpful during… the purchase and even now he reaches out after the purchase.replaced parts did not solve problem or check to see if problem was solved.

Furthermore, I now have a check engine light on that was not present when I… brought it in. service rep admitted to me they did not test drive the car after work was done.
