Alignment wasn't done, tires aren't balanced, seats and headliner had stains and the floors weren't vacuumed. Contacted them about this and they said they would talk with the tech. That doesn't help me because I'm over 2 hours away from the dealership. They should allow me to go have the alignment and wheel balancing done and reimburse me the cost.
