Great Experience
Regular Maintenance visit
by Carrie C on 12/12/2023I went in for my first 10,000 mile service appointment on my Macon S, and had a good experience. Trying to schedule the appointment wasn't as easy as I anticipated, with the phone operator initially stating I needed to wait nearly a month… for a routine oil change if I wanted to be able to have a loaner. The woman on the phone also said I wasn't due until Feb for my first maintenance (based on my one year) and asked if I wanted to wait until then for my oil change - which is ridiculous. I managed to get in earlier than that but the initial scheduling was not smooth - surprising as I've been going to this dealership for ten years. However, my assigned service advisor, Patrick Arnold, did an excellent job of checking my vehicle, keeping me updated and performing all service. I also appreciated the new video updates they do for the vehicles. I was coming in to pick up just after Patrick was supposed to have left but he was still there and greeted me and asked if I had any questions. Amazing Job!

Eric even gave me 2 free gifts out of his pocket. I really appreciate him for that. It was very… nice of him. Overall, I had the best and smoothest transaction with getting my Porsche! Poor Communication
by DFW911owner on 11/04/2023I dropped my 911 for its 1 year service after making an appointment online (due to not being able to talk to anyone on the phone), it was supposed to be ready by the evening. I never got a call, email or a text about the status of the car.… The next morning I tried to call it was impossible to speak to anyone in service, I spoke to someone in sales and asked them to have service call me regarding the car and status with no luck. After several hours I finally tried back and was able to talk to someone in service who advised me that the car was not assigned a tech. I told the advisor to pull my car and I would come pick it up. To give more background, when I was trying to schedule the service, it was very difficult to schedule, when I arrived at the dealership there was no loaner available (even though I had scheduled the service with a loaner) The advisor who helped me on pickup stated it was due to the service being scheduled when there were no loaners available. When I pressed him on why then did no one contact me, he had no response. This is a high end vehicle, communication is the bare minimum you should expect from any service center. I hope they are able to figure out their communication challenges. It should also be mentioned that after this incident, no leadership from the dealership has reached out to get more information, etc.Great experience at Porsche Plano

I think this the 4th Porsche I have purchased from you guys over the years and the second Porsche I purchased with Jorge's help. I have also purchased other… vehicles through Jorge when he was with Mini. Jorge has always been great to work with, incredibly helpful, and super accommodating. CPO purchase
by BigAugie on 09/27/2023It was slow getting started for a trade in price and financing but finally after a day or so delay things moved along and we agreed on a deal. The car was well detailed and prepared for delivery. Everything at dealership went smoothly but i… was there for 4 hours. I was disappointed that the front rotors and pads weren't replaced as part of the CPO work. The rotors were rated at 55% and would be replaced at 50% so that close to replacement made me unhappy.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. We came in for an oil change, but due to the mileage needed some additional preventative maintenance. We… received updates throughout the day on the completion of the service and when the vehicle was picked up, it was cleaned inside and out.
