I went in for my first 10,000 mile service appointment on my Macon S, and had a good experience. Trying to schedule the appointment wasn't as easy as I anticipated, with the phone operator initially stating I needed to wait nearly a month for a routine oil change if I wanted to be able to have a loaner. The woman on the phone also said I wasn't due until Feb for my first maintenance (based on my one year) and asked if I wanted to wait until then for my oil change - which is ridiculous. I managed to get in earlier than that but the initial scheduling was not smooth - surprising as I've been going to this dealership for ten years. However, my assigned service advisor, Patrick Arnold, did an excellent job of checking my vehicle, keeping me updated and performing all service. I also appreciated the new video updates they do for the vehicles. I was coming in to pick up just after Patrick was supposed to have left but he was still there and greeted me and asked if I had any questions. Highly recommend Patrick as a service advisor.
