CPO purchase

It was slow getting started for a trade in price and financing but finally after a day or so delay things moved along and we agreed on a deal. The car was well detailed and prepared for delivery. Everything at dealership went smoothly but i was there for 4 hours. I was disappointed that the front rotors and pads weren't replaced as part of the CPO work. The rotors were rated at 55% and would be replaced at 50% so that close to replacement made me unhappy.
