Stay away. Unethical
by Phillip Humphries on 09/24/2022I strongly recommend that you do not buy a used vehicle from these people. They sold me a 2015 Audi Q5 with less than 42,000 miles on it. One month and one week later I had to have over $3,200 worth of repairs done to the vehicle. The… brakes were completely gone. The battery and spark plugs needed to be replaced. The top timing cover was cracked. I still haven’t fixed all the things from the first time and last night, it stranded me on the side of the road again. They do not do mechanical inspections of the used cars they sell. My fault for not getting it independently inspected but I assumed Mercedes Benz of Plano would operate ethically. They do not. It has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I very strongly recommend that you do not buy from them. I have supporting documentation of everything I’ve said here. Do not buy a used car from these people.Excellent service!

During my last service, I took some time to walk the showroom and the staff was… pleasant and unobtrusive. When I was ready to ask questions, I did not have to wait, Brandon was right there and willing to immediately help me. I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted, so he had me test drive a few models. I fell in love with the new E-class and I couldn't be happier with it!!Congrats on your 2017 E-Class! I can go on about the purchase experience... how surprised I was to find myself (for a change) in a car dealership feeling… happy and human... but that can be personal to me so I'll stick with the Facts: When I called and asked for Tony Ortega I was told that he's with a customer and that within 20 minutes I'll either get a call back from him or from another MB professional. Sure enough within a few minutes Tony calls back, finds me the "exact" package I've been searching for and at a price that worked for me after my trade in.... I was still a bit worried because the other 3 dealerships in my area also gave me great prices over the phone but when I got there it somehow became $3,000 to $6,000 more! Not with Tony, when he showed me the total price on paper I was surprised! No gimmicks! No "oh, that car just sold but we have".... he actually honored his word and even agreed to give me a bit more for my trade in! (He said he'll agree to that because I was sitting across him with my 4 month old daughter and she was too cute to resist... :-) ) I also want to acknowledge the rest of the team and the welcoming reception people. Top service! A true luxury experience! Completely Ignored
by businessowne on 09/24/2015My wife and I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about trading in my BMW for a 2016 Mercedes-Benz. The receptionist did her job and greeted us. The sales staff however completely ignored us. They looked right through us as if… we didn't exist. My wife felt we were being treated as if we weren't good enough to be there. Amazing Experience!!

First lets just say that Mr. Steve Gleason was excellent in understanding our needs as this was our very first time buying a Mercedes. Steve was extremely patient and showed us all the… different cars and had us test drive few of them to our satisfaction explaining every possible features of the car.. He just went above and beyond to make us comfortable, like family, throughout our new car buying experience!! Steve did everything possible to not only get us the best deal but also helped us get the delivery of the car on my wife's birthday on very short notice.. The best part is that none of the staff at the dealership were like the stereotypical pushy salesman and were helpful, friendly and professional.. I would probably give a 11/10 for such exemplary staff and it was by far the stellar experience in the DFW area - ultimately the reason why we wanted to go back to Mercedes Benz Plano to actually buy the car..Kartik, it's amazing to hear that your experience with Steve Gleason was nothing short of perfection. We ran into a issue with the first car we were negotiating on that caused that deal… not to work out. However, within minutes we had another car picked out and they were so concerned with customer service and making the deal right I got an awesome deal on an even better S-Class. Genuine professional and warm welcome

When Kevin took over to help us with new… MB we knew she had selected the right person! We are seniors and require patience and it did not seem to both anyone. We were not only excited and happy like a couple of kids, my sister and daughter and I were ecstatic. Just bought my 5th car from MB Plano

This dealership will work with you on every deal with no pressure and complete professionalism in the sales process. Scott O.… and Larry R., along with Curtis in finance, worked to make the experience pleasant and exciting. This is the only dealership that truly values their clientele and works hard to retain them. I am proof of that. I am going to trade my wife's car in this fall, which will be the 6th purchase at MB Plano. My recommendation is that you go to this dealership and see the difference. Excellent Dealership
by alex109 on 12/16/2009I bought a pre-owned Mercedes and the service was excellent, from sales (Reggie Cleveland), to financing (Natalie) and service. This was my first Mercedes, and since my last car purchase (Chrysler) was less than pleasant, I was little… anxious. But Reggie was a pleasure to deal with. He is very friendly, efficient and not pushy at all. I financed the car with Mercedes Benz Finance (great interest rate) and the finance person (Natalie) was great as well. A day after signing all the documents, I called her to change some options which required a redo of some of the documents. That was not a problem whatsoever, and the change was executed in a friendly and efficient manner. My car was cleaned perfectly inside and outside. I received my license plates and a missing key about a week later. The service department which put on my license plates on was very friendly. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership and I would definitely buy here againGreat Experience

Good Purchase

He didn't complain when I had a few specifics that required him to transfer the car from California nor when I asked him to throw in… tint. The price we agreed on was perfect with Edmunds TMV so I have no complaints.
