onMy wife and I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about trading in my BMW for a 2016 Mercedes-Benz. The receptionist did her job and greeted us. The sales staff however completely ignored us. They looked right through us as if we didn't exist. My wife felt we were being treated as if we weren't good enough to be there. After 10 minutes we left. Staying with BMW and my BMW dealorship.
