The relaxed atmosphere and patience of Rebecca, Kevin, and Heidi were superior in their knowledge; and Rebecca worked with us when we changed our minds and decided we really wanted a new Mercedes. When Kevin took over to help us with new MB we knew she had selected the right person! We are seniors and require patience and it did not seem to both anyone. We were not only excited and happy like a couple of kids, my sister and daughter and I were ecstatic.
