    Always have very courteous service representative. However sometimes the service techs drop the ball, i.e. not resetting the computer after oil change even after informing the service rep to make sure it gets done. Had to go on line to "U Tube" to see how to perform as its not in the owners manual that could be found. Live in Orange, so the drive back to Port Neches is not just around the corner. This is not the first time this has been neglected from the service techs. Need to be part of their protocol/procedure and documented on the sales receipt.

    As has been the case for many years, Philpott has gone the second mile for all they do. I would not take my truck to any other place. Clean working inviorment, friendly stall, reasonable price and they always do what they say they will do! One reason Philpott is my dealer.

    So far I have always had a great experience with getting my 2013 F150 serviced. The staff are very friendly and anything of importance is always brought to my attention. Other than typical oil changes and tire rotations my only service visits were for a rattle in the drivers side door. It took a few times but eventually they found the problem and repaired it. I'm glad they stuck to it!

    Mark Frionza (spelling might be wrong) has and always been a great help. LOVE coming to see him. Just like Cory Lunceford. these two men go beyon their way to help the costumer!

    I was there for service. Service writer was very good and kept me updated on the service my vehicle was getting and the service was done in a decent amount of time. No problems.

    The sales rep was very helpful in meeting my needs. Worked to get me the deal I wanted, In the process of learning all the new technology on the car. Very satisfied with the salesman's help and the car.

    The only complaint I have is that none of my doors were greased. I went in with a squeaky back door and came out with it too. I didn't notice until I got home though. Mary Wilson

    Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Philpott Motors in Nederland. They beat any deal I could find in Houston. Just bought a 2016 Ford Truck and I can say without a doubt it was the best car buying experience ever, and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life. The sales staff was professional, Mike Allen, Darren Roger were great. I will be buying my next vehicle from Philpott.

    I was at work and got off early and called service department to see about a oil change they was more then helpful I did not have a appointment and explained this would be my only chance to get my oil changed they told me to come on in that they would take care of it I arrived and they met me and got my oil change done great service. Thanks Ed.

    I like buying locally and love Fords . Phillpots has always treated my wife and I good . She drives a Ford and Mark Fiorenza is our salesman . I like their maintenance department also .
