The Philpott experience, buy my 2023 ford Explorer
Need attention

However sometimes the service techs drop the ball, i.e. not resetting the computer after oil change even after informing the service rep to make sure it gets done. Had to go on line to "U… Tube" to see how to perform as its not in the owners manual that could be found. Live in Orange, so the drive back to Port Neches is not just around the corner. This is not the first time this has been neglected from the service techs. Need to be part of their protocol/procedure and documented on the sales receipt.Beast service in town.

The staff are very friendly and anything of importance is always brought to my attention. Other than typical oil changes and tire rotations my only service… visits were for a rattle in the drivers side door. It took a few times but eventually they found the problem and repaired it. I'm glad they stuck to it!Fusion 2016
