    I bought my tires for a Honda Pilot at Spikes and was very impressed with quality of work and also with the friendly people that assisted me on my visit at Spikes. I was especially impressed with the assistance offered by an employee named Judy. I asked about the cost of oil changes for diesel trucks and while not cheap it was reasonable and considering the quality of work very well worth it. While Judy' s name is the only one that came to mind the other employees were also very friendly and helpful.

    Had my oil changed at home in my driveway by a very capable young man… it’s my new go to way to get oil changes… beats waiting at the dealership.. same quality service that allows me to wait in the comfort of my home.

    I had to take in my new vehicle for service and a one day job turned to a two week job. The issue isn’t the time it took or the fact that I was without a vehicle. The issue is that their service adviser and manager had zero communication. I was calling about once a day to get any updates and kept getting told the adviser would call me back. They then told they would escalate the issue since the adviser hadn’t called me. The manager never called back. I finally decided to swing by in person to get the update. The person at the counter (not the adviser) was able to tell me they had to order a part and it would be a couple of days before it came in. I don’t know why this same person that provided the update and had answered my calls was not able to give me an update over the phone. Unfortunately I’m not the only going through this. Someone else at work had this issue the previous month. Unfortunately I think this a company wide issue. It’s a reflection of the service manager or the TJ GM. They should spend sometime evaluating their processes.

    I was elated that they brought the car to my house. I was most impressed with Esperanza and Emily who not only satisfied my concerns but gave me the date that was appropriate with a friendly, courteous and professional matter. Very please although at first I was not these two people made up for them.

    Took in my truck for a routine oil change, and despite that there were several ahead of me it didn't take too long. They kept my appointment and was out within an hour and a half. They were very courteous and friendly!

    At first it seemed like there was going to be a problem with me getting my vehicle fix. Tito and i had a discussion about what was going on and told me my insurance did not cover the repairs and he than proceeded to give me a phone number to Human Resources for Ford Motor Company. The problem got corrected with home office and my vehicle got fixed.
