Our salesman Ricardo Garcia was very helpful and friendly! Armando in finance was awesome to us as well.
I recommend Hiram Montero from spike ford. Hiram Montero did an excellent job helping me out. Everything went well he got me in a Ram 2024 the same day just as he promised. I've have had no issue with the Ram as of yet. If you want a smooth transition into a new vehicle call and ask for Hiram Montero.

It is a 2019 jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. It is bigger than… what I was driving a 2019 Toyota CHR. The customer service was above point helped me and my family out instead of getting the runaround from the other dealership we went to before spikes ford on Mission. The best in class when it comes to customer service all around. Hats off to Spikes for coming through.Very unprofessional
by Almaguer on 05/30/2022I took my vehicle in for a recall. I was not told I would incur any fee when when I called to set appointment. I was advised this once I arrived and was told “we will take care of it”. That translated into I won’t be charged a fee. They… recall was done, and another item was found faulty. They decided to charge me a diagnostic fee. The communication between the associates was horrible. One “Pete” consultant was understanding and very easy to work with. Michelle and another female rolled their eyes when I picked up my vehicle. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. The recall repaired the check engine light function. I know this because I took my vehicle home and drove it for a week until the “check engine light problem ecm” was ordered. My check engine light never turned on again. Yet they swore that was the problem, not the recall for the calibration.Owner

If your vehicle is schedule for a certain time… it should be worked on at that start time.Excellant
