I took my vehicle in for a recall. I was not told I would incur any fee when when I called to set appointment. I was advised this once I arrived and was told “we will take care of it”. That translated into I won’t be charged a fee. They recall was done, and another item was found faulty. They decided to charge me a diagnostic fee. The communication between the associates was horrible. One “Pete” consultant was understanding and very easy to work with. Michelle and another female rolled their eyes when I picked up my vehicle. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. The recall repaired the check engine light function. I know this because I took my vehicle home and drove it for a week until the “check engine light problem ecm” was ordered. My check engine light never turned on again. Yet they swore that was the problem, not the recall for the calibration.
