by Roel Garcia on 08/29/2018updated 09/04/2018Took truck in for oil change, service tech call me and told me I needed new tire, ( this is Friday 10:00 am) I said find, wanted to upgrade from size 33 to 35, went at 5:00 pm to pick up truck, had install 33 again,,, loss all that day,… pick up truck Saturday afternoon, with same old tires re install,,,,they told they had 35 ready to be install, they just didn’t now they also needed different size rims,,,,, nobody knew anything about tires,,,,, this is the second bad expirence that I have encounter at spikes,,,, I no going to have a number 3, so long and hope you all find a better team2013 F-250.

My last purchase was made August 16, 2018 with a very helpful and… informed sales representative by the name of Adam Herrera. With him and T.J.'s help I was able to find and purchase the Explorer I wanted. The Finance person Noe De Leon was very helpful in expediting my purchase in a most friendly manner. The manager which I dealt with during the transaction was patient, answered all questions, and provided detailed information that we requested. The only complaints I… have, were that when I picked up the car, it did not come with floor mats....the ones that come with the car were the only ones there. Some dealerships usually provide wax or papermats to maintain cleanliness of the carpets, until buyer buys actual plastic mats, but I think that would have been something extra I would have appreciated. Also, the car did not come with windshield wiper fluid, and it would have also been nice to know this after picking up the vehicle.Great service

I was promised a $15.00 rebate with the purchase of my battery and a $35.00 rebate for using my card to purchase a new battery.
