    My experience with buying a car at All American Chevrolet in Midland was very pleasant and I was very pleased with my car agent Lucy Hernandez. Everyone was very professional and friendly!

    Our experience this go around purchasing a new car was so easy!! Didn't take 1/2 the day. Our sales guy was awesome! Very helpful and no pressure. Explained everything AND set Onstar etc up while we were in the truck!! He's great!!

    Amanda at the service desk was exceptional. She was so friendly and kept me posted throughout my wait. She contacted me first via email for an oil change and then later called me about all my questions. She then scheduled me and when I came in she explained all the departments my Malibu was going to go to and for what reasons. I also ran into my salesman, Johnny while there and he came over and greeted me. As I said before, his friendly attitude did not stop after the sale of my car. So far, the staff at All American Chevrolet seems to be splendid. I will return for my vehicle maintenance and future purchases for my family vehicles (with Johnny). Thank you!!

    Took my car in for its first service, didn't have any problems. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and helpful. The breaks are still squeaking but not as bad as they were. Everything else was taken care of. I don't have any complaints about this dealership. Everyone I've dealt with from the time I walked in to purchase a vehicle have been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even the general manager came out to thank and congratulate me when I got my Trax. That was very unexpected. I've never had that happen before. That made me feel special that he cared to take the time to do that. Thanks All American Chevrolet of Midland you're awesome.

    It was The best experience I have ever bought a vehicle from. Love your staff everyone included Mike was awesome I was in and out in less than an hour with the new Malibu. Thank you so much I will be referring y'all

    Service was excellent, very fast for what was needed. I called everyday sometimes multiple times to check on the progress they were very patient with me buggibg them and always received courteous service

    Well they changed my oil and did something with my tires but the hubcaps or rims weren't on secure enough and I lost 1 completely and the other 3 were very loose. My dad had to tighten everything before I could go on vacation. I may not come back even if it is free. Not worth it. Now my car looks lopsided and I dint know where to get another one.

    We came in looking for a used truck in the low $20,000s. We were very clear about our requirements: $25,000 max with no down payment aside from our trade in. Explained to Gina that we didn't care what brand or color, just that it be a four door with decent leg room as we have two growing children. Two hours of gritting my teeth as she ignores me and speaks only to my husband later we finally get the price of the truck she's pushing on us. $28,995, and they want a $2500 down payment! No, we already told you our max is $25,000 and there is no down payment. This led to more nonsense that lead nowhere until we had to leave to pick up our children. "Just ten minutes" she says, and since she still has the key to our vehicle we said fine, but after that we MUST leave. Ten minutes are up, she is nowhere to be seen, so we get up and start heading to the door to see if that will get her attention. It got someone's attention, I assume from what came next he was supposed to be the good cop to her bad. Eventually I had to physically take the key to our vehicle out of his hand where he was fidgeting with it. "Oh is this yours?" Yes, and we are leaving NOW. I will never go back to that nightmare, I will tell anyone who listens never to go there, and most importantly, steer clear of Gina!

    I got the run around from sales person and from the finance . I will never tell anyone to buy a chev car etc. I will never send business to Chev dealership. It was the worst customer service. I can not believe how I was treated. I get a new car every two years and never again would I do business with Midland Chev dealer ship ever.<br>
