My experience recently trading in my 2010 Z71 Silverado for a 2017 Z71 Colorado was a good experience. My salesman was Arnold and he was very enjoyable to work with. He was good at making conversation and I very much enjoyed my sales experience. Perhaps the only suggestion I would make to Arnold would be to ask more questions at the beginning of the sale, rather than jump right into the product knowledge. But aside from that, my experience was good!
