Absolutely phenomenal experience at McKinney Buick GMC, all thanks to Derek! From the moment I walked in, he made the entire car-buying process seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable.
Derek’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for… his customers are unmatched. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I got the best deal possible. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and top-tier customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making this the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
If you’re in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Derek. You won’t be disappointed! I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be sending friends and family his way. Thank you, Derek, for setting the gold standard in customer service!

The one thing I never have to worry about is trusting that my car is being taken care of like it is a member of the… family. My previous dealer has already called me trying to get me to trade in my car for a new one and I told them that I was sorry because I am now a lifetime McKinney GMC customer. Thanks to great people like Matt Johnson in the service department, I feel like I can trust that my car is getting serviced the right way every single time. The service tech (wish I knew his name) listened to my description of the problem,… researched the SUV's records and then had it inspected. Lucky for me, they found no problem with the brakes. This tech was courteous and friendly and suggested things to "listen" for if the problem reoccurred. All this with a smile on his face. Couldn't ask for better service. Even got a courtesy car wash. Bryan worked on the deal. We had to go home to think about it, but… returned 2 days later and bought the vehicle. We received everything we asked for. I usually HATE the car shopping/buying experience, but this was so easy. Their friendliness, professionalism, and wonderful customer service sets them apart from the rest. I want to give all the sales, and finance guys that helped us, a BIG thank you! I absolutely LOVE the vehicle! It's family approved! We will definitely be shopping here for our next vehicle. I am the first one to admit I HATE going to get my car fixed, but… this business made it awesome and fast! I have a tight schedule and don't have time for frills or doting salesmen. I was in and out in under 10 minutes or less with a courtesy car to get back to work. No need for family or friends toting me up there to drop off my car. Bing, bang, boom, done!
