Had occasion to stop by the dealership for an emergency inspection. They had no notice whatsoever I was stopping by (and on a Saturday afternoon). The service tech (wish I knew his name) listened to my description of the problem, researched the SUV's records and then had it inspected. Lucky for me, they found no problem with the brakes. This tech was courteous and friendly and suggested things to "listen" for if the problem reoccurred. All this with a smile on his face. Couldn't ask for better service. Even got a courtesy car wash.
