My Sales Rep, Candice Garcia, did an excellent job in explaining the various configuration options available on the RDX. My trade-n situation was a bit unique (2 cars) and she was very helpful in the logistics of getting them both to the dealership. Definitely would work with her again. Finance department was OK, not too high pressured.

    I recently had to bring my car in to be serviced for a warranty issue (a latch failure on the back hatch) and Richard was so helpful. He communicated with me via text to let me know what was happening as it was happening. I had to wait for a part to come in and I was given a loaner car overnight so they could double check their work. It was a very good service experience.

    To be honest an Acura was never on my mind to purchase. I had went with a friend to look at a vehicle and to say Acuras caught my eye was an understatement. My salesman (Touney) was very accommodating in showing me the different trims. The “closer” as I nicknamed him (Kirk) was patient as well. I walked out three times before deciding to purchase. Everyone involved tried to make sure I got what I wanted. I ended up choosing the certified preowned (2600 miles) because I liked the interior better vs the new. Something about the new; probably the color combination didn’t sit well with me. Even though I paid a higher interest rate with the CPO I am a happy owner!!!

    I always experience great service and customer service however, the wait was longer than normal due to only two service representatives present. I came in on a Saturday morning and left 3 hours later for an oil change, and break fluid. I attribute it to lack of personnel on staff for a busy Saturday. I have never experienced this in the past. The leadership team needs to make proper adjustments to correct this problem with staffing properly. It’s not fair to the customer or employees.

  • Need Service, Bam This Is The Place to Go!

    Needed some basic oil change and yearly maintenance done and an issue with the A/C. Matthew suggested Doing the maintenance then we could reschedule the A/C inspection. Which we did. He hooked us up with a courtesy car and the repair took an extra day which was predicted. Repairs were done and the car was washed and ready when I got there. In and out in 5 minutes.

    We always have good service for our basic oil changes. I wish they would start having the car wash available without having to wait an hour because we never get that anymore. It's not worth waiting an hour for them to start the wash.
