Overall great service, but department was under staffed :(

onI always experience great service and customer service however, the wait was longer than normal due to only two service representatives present. I came in on a Saturday morning and left 3 hours later for an oil change, and break fluid. I attribute it to lack of personnel on staff for a busy Saturday. I have never experienced this in the past. The leadership team needs to make proper adjustments to correct this problem with staffing properly. It’s not fair to the customer or employees.
