Go see Darian for you KIA needs
by Jana Cross on 03/08/2025
As soon as we arrived, Darian was the first one to meet us. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our requests. I got exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with our purchase. 2025 KIA Carnival. He went above… and beyond.

Sketchy, lies, rude
by Joe C on 09/02/2023I bought my child a Toyota Camry on Tuesday. When we were waiting for the financing people to come get us we were told there was a problem and asked if we could come back, but we could take the car. So I drove the car off the lot. I… returned on Thursday at noon to finish the paperwork. I paid $1500 down and financed the rest. I completed all the paperwork. I was told to go wait out front while the car got detailed. I waited until 6 p.m. Finally, someone came and told me that they wouldn't let the car off the lot until it had new tires. It was a safety hazard. They said they didn't have another car for me. Since I drove the car I didn't have a way to go home. I got an Uber home (15 miles). They said they'd call me the next morning. No call was received. I called at 10 a.m. I was told they were finishing up with the car and it would be ready that afternoon. I told them I'd be there at 4 p.m. I left work early, drove an hour home to pick up my wife so she and I could go pick up the car. Arrived around 5:30 p.m. I was told that the tires weren't there and they didn't have an ETA. It was now Friday evening. We have 5 children at home. The sales manager was called. They didn't try to rectify the situation. According to them, nothing could be done and they did nothing wrong. I bought a car, financed car, was paying for the insurance on the car, and yet I had no car. They didn't try to get tires from an alternate location, they didn't try to get me a rental or a loaner, they never even apologized for the inconvenience. This caused an enormous inconvenience on my family and Parkway Family Kia (the name is ironic) did absolutely nothing to even attempt to make it write. Now I'm really concerned about the vehicle I purchased that they didn't even know it had bad tires when they sold it to me. Did they find other issues? Was it never looked at in the first place? Did I purchase a lemon? The whole thing seems very shady. Extremely poor experience. Horrible customer service.Unprofessional, Sketchy Buisness
by Tionna on 08/30/2023On August 23rd, I visited Parkway Family Kia dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. I was assisted by Rebecca Davis, but due to my car history, I was presented with limited options, including cars with over 100,000 miles.… This left me feeling discouraged, and over the course of the next few weeks, I went through four cars that were not suitable for me, primarily due to high down payments and mileage. On September 7, 2022, I had an appointment with Rebecca, but I was directed to work with Tijuan. Tijuan was able to find a 2016 Chevy Cruze that I test drove and decided to purchase. The purchase process was quick, but I was informed that the car would be ready in a week, which turned out not to be the case due to the service staff being affected by COVID-19. When I asked Tijuan if my car required any unknown work and if he was being truthful, his response was less than satisfactory: "watch who you are talking to." Unfortunately, I did not receive my car until 30 days after the purchase date. After I received my car on October 7th, 2022, I noticed that the engine light was on while driving it. Consequently, I returned the car and received it back a week later. Unfortunately, the car broke down in my driveway the following day, October 8th, 2022. I had it towed back to the Kia dealership on October 10th, 2022. Upon arriving at the dealership, I had a meeting with the General Manager, DeMarcus Hackett, who apologized for the inconvenience caused and expressed his willingness to assist me in any way possible. He assured me that if I did not receive an update regarding my car's status by October 14th, he would take action to terminate my contract and reimburse me for my first car payment. Rebecca Davis was also present in this meeting. On October 17th, DeMarcus informed me that he would take the necessary steps to terminate my contract. However, he mentioned that he was leaving Parkway Kia and referred me to Mike or Ryan for further assistance. Subsequently, on October 20th, 2022, I received a call from Rodney Carlson. I explained my situation to him and relayed the message that DeMarcus had given me regarding terminating my contract. However, Rodney told me that it was not possible to do so. Despite Credit Acceptance, my lien holder, assuring me that it was an option, Rodney claimed that they had money tied into my contract and was hesitant to allow me to terminate it. He even stated that he was not obligated to do so by the state of Texas. Rodney's response was less than satisfactory, as he refused to engage in further discussion and even suggested that I should be grateful for riding in one of their loaners. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience caused. DeMarcus had previously promised me that I would receive a repayment to compensate for the 30 days during which I did not have my car. However, when I spoke with Rodney about this matter, he claimed to have no recollection of such an agreement and directed me to speak with a service manager, Val Fukuichi, to arrange for the payment. Although I did eventually receive my car and the promised payment on November 19th, 2022, my vehicle broke down once again on November 21st, 2022, while I was driving on the highway. The dashboard displayed an engine overheating message, and I immediately contacted Val, sharing a picture of the dashboard with him. Consequently, I returned the vehicle to the dealership for servicing. After retrieving my car on November 26th, 2022, I was assured that nothing was wrong with it. However, on December 7th, 2022, my car broke down again, citing the same engine failure. My vehicle was in the possession of Parkway Kia from December 7th, 2022 until March 2023. During this time, I received a call from Tony Gomez, the pre-owned director, demanding that I return the rental vehicle that I was in, but he did not provide me with any updates regarding my own vehicle. In an attempt to obtain information about my vehicle, I returned to Parkway Kia with my step-father. However, Kia was unable to provide me with any answers, but instead threatened to involve the police if I did not return the rental vehicle. Consequently, I returned the loaner that day, fearing the repercussions of any further action from Kia. I revisited Parkway Family Kia to speak with Tony Gomez once again, but this time, I was accompanied by my mother. Tony, who was new to Parkway, was unaware of the history behind my vehicle, but he expressed sympathy towards my situation. Tony promised that he would look into the matter and try to provide me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. He kept his promise and informed me that my vehicle needed a new engine and a/c compressor. He also arranged for me to receive a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made. On April 4, 2023, I returned the loaner vehicle to Parkway Family Kia. Approximately a week later, on April 13, 2023, I received a text message from Parkway stating that I had damaged the vehicle. However, I did not get into a wreck in the vehicle. The following day, Parkway reported the alleged damage to my insurance company, stating that I had authorized them to do so, which is not true. I am currently disputing this matter with my insurance company. After experiencing months of issues with Parkway Kia, including being blamed for the car I purchased, being threatened, taken advantage of, and being forced to be "grateful", I decided to write a review on April 28, 2023, citing my experience with this dealership, especially after my car once again broke down. Following this, I returned my car to Kia after speaking with a service representative named Nick. Upon returning my car, I was directed to speak with Val Fukuichi, who I had not spoken to in months, as he had blocked my number. Upon entering Val's office, he began chastising me about the review I had made on Google. He raised his voice and demanded that I take it down. I refused to comply. During this time, Store Director Russell Wells walked in to meet with me, as I had never met him before. I explained my situation with Parkway to him. After walking out of Val's office, feeling disrespected, Russell gave me his card and promised to help me if I needed it. On May 1, 2023, I was informed by the service representative, Nick, that my car was experiencing electrical issues. On May 5, 2023, I was informed that they were dismantling my vehicle to test the starter and alternator but did not have an estimated timeframe for completion. I reached out to Russell, who previously offered to assist me, to inquire about a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, Russell informed me that he could not provide a loaner due to my Google review and my refusal to accept the false damage claim. As a result, I am still without a vehicle and unable to commute to work. I have exhausted all available options and am uncertain about how to proceed. Throughout my ownership of the 2016 Chevy Cruze, which began on September 6, 2022, I have never had possession of the vehicle for more than three weeks at any point. Despite my repeated requests to terminate the contract, Parkway Family Kia has consistently denied my requests.please don't shop here
by Miranda on 08/22/2023I am writing this review because I am concerned for single women and young adults that do not have someone who is mechanically inclined. My husband and I bought a used SVU from here a few weeks ago. The vehicle had a few things wrong with… it that myself, my husband and the sales people agreed upon would be fixed. one was a vibration to the steering wheel which we thought was going to be an alignment issue. Two was the passenger side running board did not release like it was supposed to. Three, they front windows were not tinted (during the negotiations they said they were) and four, they said they oil had been changed, however the sticker in the window was not current and the oil life on the vehicle showed 20% remaining. Upon taking it back to the dealership a week later they told me they checked the alignment and all was well. They said they had to order the part for the running board so I would have to take vehicle back when this part came in. They did get my front windows tinted and they told me the oil had been changed (per their records), but the sticker and the oil life on the vehicle had not been updated. They told me they would research the matter of the vibration in my steering wheel and look at it again when I brought it back to have the running board fixed. 2 weeks go by and we had not heard anything from our contact person regarding the running board part. I texted the contact person with a response that he didn't go to work that day so he would have to follow up with me later. In the mean time, my husband ordered me new tires for the vehicle because he noticed a bulge in the driver front tire. Mind you, we were told upon buying the vehicle that there were two new front tires put on the vehicle when it went through their "safety check". thankfully, the next day we had all new tires put on and we were told that the front driver side tire was pulling apart. I did attempt to contact my sales person again for a follow up on the running board part, but no response. My husband did get a chance to speak with him and he lied and said he had been in contact with me. He had in fact, not. We still have no update on the running board part (other than its on back order), We spent $1500 on brand new tires which fixed the vibration problem that had I waited for them to fix it I would be dead due to a blown out tire. We did go get the oil changed because when my husband checked the oil he said it was low. Bottom line is you cannot trust these people. There was a single woman in there with two small children when I was purchasing my car. I just keep seeing her face thinking if she was lied to like we were and thought she had a new set of tires on her vehicle and had a blow out and she and/or her kids were killed what would happen. Please do not shop here.Pleasant Surprise

Best Dealership & Team in Texas
by L Tatman on 07/18/2023My experience with Parkway Family Kia has been, to say the least, exemplary, and that is due to Becca. Becca fundamentally understands what it means to be customer focused coupled with understanding core business interest. My transactio… with Becca went smooth because she understood how to leverage clean negotiation tactics. Her transparency, ability to anticipate needs, and her integrity makes her the perfect sales person. I would recommend no only this dealership but Becca without question.Best Kia Dealership in Houston!
by ErikaB on 07/07/2023Got a new Kia Rio here recently! I recommend everyone to go to this location instead of others. I was helped all the way, thanks to Taylor Roberts. Mr. Roberts kept me updated the entire time, was straightforward, is the best person of… contact, and made the process go smoothly. He also listened to what we were looking for and was mindful of our budget. Thanks to him, we were able to go in and get a car in a few hours! I'm a happy customer with a new car :)[non-permissible content removed]
by SheRock on 06/25/2023For those trying to navigate this difficult market for new cars, overwhelmed by the lack of availability yet simultaneously feeling bombarded with the multitude of options for add ons, accessories and warranties, I strongly recommend… visiting Parkway Kia. At Parkway they take the decisions out of your car-buying experience – making ALL the decisions on your behalf. If you are looking for a traditional dealership feel of 30 years ago when the salesman would push a vehicle on to you, ignore your interests and concerns, then rack up an additional $10k in unnecessary add-ons THEN AGAIN I would strongly recommend Parkway Kia. At Parkway Kia they will showcase one option for your buying experience, pretend to care about your price point and financial concerns, then advise that finance would be right with you. Once an hour-and-a-half goes by with no sight of the salesman or finance you’re only miraculously saved once you threaten to walk out – it’s 9 pm and your 4 year old has not had dinner. Finance whisks around the corner at the last second brandishing their paperwork and calculators like a sword and shield to save the day. In his office he reviews the monthly payments, which have suddenly increased by $150 a month due to nearly a dozen additional unnecessary warranties. Then he is stymied by the most basic questions about the price of the car – about $4k higher than sticker price. Never during this process did a manager meet with us or even greet us – not sure how we were missed given we spent almost 4 hours at the dealership. While this service may be beneficial and even appreciated by some, we walked out. The vibe was not right and we felt swindled. It seems we were pinned as an easy sale with minimal effort. Parkway Kia had a manager call the next day but we were unable to speak to him as we were across town at Archer to make our purchase. They followed up by email and asked about speaking over the phone further regarding our concerns. We made it clear we would not be returning but provided our contact information. We never received another call, making it clear that Parkway is not interested in improving their sales experience for customers.Stealership like truly someone said!
by Animesh on 06/21/2023The most unprofessional agent Taylor Roberts who promised wrong numbers on the call and wasn't available when I reached the dealership. And met even more amazing and super rude Sales manager Mike Zamorsky. They don't care about customers at… all! They don't honor the prices they promised. Better to stay away from here and feel sorry that they ruined KIA brand name for me. Now I am having second thoughts of even buying a Kia car if this would be the customer service later. Truly disappointed and thanks for ruining my day.I cannot update the post so adding a comment to it. I appreciate Taylor and senior management taking the feedback seriously and acting upon it. I am happy to say we were able to close a deal today. Taylor, Jennifer and Spencer, y'all rock. It did feel like family today. Eagerly waiting on the delivery!
Excellent Service
by Glenda Luedecke on 06/07/2023Many thanks to C J, for all your exceptional service and help, with the sale of my new Kia Telluride. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and will always be helpful, knowing you are there to help me.Exceptionally Recommended Professional Friendly Sales Lady
by Allen and Mona on 05/27/2023We give Shavonne Rutland a 5- star rating. Every dealership should have at least 10 of her. We contacted through the internet, and she located the vehicle we were looking for. She went out of her way to show what each of the buttons on… the vehicle were for. She answered any questions we had. She wanted to know if we had any concerns. We feel that she did more than what is probably required of her job. Once you meet her, then you would understand why we highly recommend Shavonne Rutland if you are searching for a new KIA car to buy.Outstanding Service!
by DRSanchez on 05/24/2023Ask for Greg Reed, he is awesome! He made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond to help as much as possible. I highly recommend this dealership. Great service! In love with my 2023 Kia Sorento SX.Best salesman
by Zoe Wooden on 04/24/2023If you go into Parkway Family Kia, ask for Caleb Cooks. He was respectful, patient, efficient, extremely helpful, and helped me with any and everything I needed. If a car was not available on the lot, he was establishing connections and… researched through their other locations where I can get it. He was very informative with each car, he is a true salesman.Definitely Recommended!!!!!!!
by 2BLessed52 on 04/21/2023If you are purchasing a vehicle from Parkway Family Kia ask for Eric Gomez. He went above and beyond and took initiative in making my first visit here well worth it. The customer service during and after the sale was impeccable. %… Exquisite Customer service. Drove off very happy and satisfied with the service received today.Thank you again Eric!!!!Stealership

by Kelly on 03/28/2023Attempted to purchase a KIA product. Left dealer 03/18, the facility with nothing but a Transaction Receipt, this document showed only that we had made a deposit. No copy of any other paperwork presented to us. Not even the agree upon price… sheet. We were told the KIA product would not arrive before the 04/14 and a price. Our efforts to obtain financing failed to materialize. 03/27 we informed Parkway of our problem and requested our refund. We were informed that one of the documents, we initialed but never give, until acknowledgement of finance failure, they then sent us a copy and explained, you will not be getting a refund. The moral of my tail is, read the fine print and if it feels like a duck and talks like a duck, it's a duck. Don't buy a vehicle from a duck.3rd time was the charm.
by Krystal on 03/02/2023Husband and I went to the dealership 3 times, READY TO BUY. yes we both work and yes we did arrive at about 6:40 each visit to the dealership. but we knew what we wanted. we didn't test drive and we were READY TO BUY. on our first visit;… we meet a nice lady named Lacey. she seemed eager to help. somehow we left with out making our purchase. the very next day we set on our 2nd visit to the dealership we were basically ignored. asked for help from the receptionist to get a sales team member, we were given someone named Taylor.. who at the end of the visit told my husband let so so help you. (not the way to earn business). DAY THREE happens. I know the vehicle is on the lot, we set there ready to buy, was suppose to meet with a Jerome or Jacob BOTH OF THESE MEMEBERS SOEM HOW WHERE TO BUSY FOR OUR BUSINESS-- but still ended up buying from Ben WHO DID HIS BEST, AND I WOULD GIVE BEN ALONE A 5 STAR REVIEW. It took my and my husband 3 separate occasions to finally have someone willing to earn our business. We ended up leaving our new 2023 KIa Sorento over night as we were in separate vehicles, asked they have the car cleaned upon pickup about 5pm the next day... IT WAS DIRTY. still sat there waiting on a temporary tag for about 30-45 minutes.. they had all day to handle that. Over all wasn't satisfied, they just had the specific color, and wheel coordination I was interested. otherwise MY BUSINESS WOULD'VE BEEN ELSE WHERE.Service Advisor Kevin is Unethical
by LATANYA SAM on 02/11/2023My husband brought in 2020 Kia Sportage for oil change and we requested the AC fixed because it just stopped working. We understood the cost would possibly be for diagnosing the issue. Overall the issue should have been covered under… warranty. Kevin accused my husband of having front end work done on the vehicle. My husband explained to him no work was done on the car. The vehicle was never in an accident, the vehicle is two years old only used for work 40 miles a day. Kevin continued to accuse my husband of having work. After mutual agreement we paid for the AC to be recharged with Freon $500. The next day the unit did not work after my husband decided to drive it to work. I returned the vehicle very upset on Friday 2/10/2023.Today is Saturday and Kevin is calling back with the same accusations and the general manager will not return my call. I feel like Kevin did not want to file under warranty. He also failed to communicate timely, earlier in the day he promised me pictures once the service guy found the problem. He waited until the end of the day Saturday to communicate inform me he would get with shop manager and general manager and reach out Monday. I left two messages for General Manager hoping he will return my call. One was with the staff upon entering the dealership and one message was a voicemail. I expect to be treated fairly not given the run around.Couldn't have asked for anything more!
by Monica and John Snell on 02/08/2023Laura and Amy were fantastic! When we first reached out with interest in a new K5, Laura was quick to respond and even offered to drive the car out for us to test drive since we were having scheduling conflicts. She was kind, easy to talk… to, and happy to help us in any way she could. She was never pushy and didn't pressure us into moving forward with anything we weren't comfortable with. We hit a small snag during our negotiation as we initially spoke to a very belligerent finance associate, but she was quick to consider our feedback and direct us to a more compatible, more willing finance person who explained everything to us in detail. Amy helped us fully understand the pricing, financing, and warranty benefits, and even gave us a few tips on how to continue receiving great service from the Kia Service department when we come back for our oil changes and maintenance. I highly recommend working with these two amazing, helpful ladies as they'll be sure to provide a hassle-free car buying experience.KIA Dealership in Kingwood is Magical
by Terri Finley on 01/18/2023The KIA Dealership in Kingwood is stocked with really nice cars..SUVs & trucks. I wanted to buy me a newer vehicle...a small suv is what I was looking for. We went to all the big dealers on 59...didn't find anything I really liked until we… arrived at the KIA Dealership in Kingwood. Then I couldn't make up my mind. Our salesman was Leonardo Enriquez and we couldn't have gotten a better sales person. We told him what I was looking for and how much I could spend. And he did everything in his power to accommodate me. I left there in the suv I wanted and my payment was acceptable. Plus my son traded in his Denali for a Suv that was ever bit as nice as his Denali but he's gonna save on gas! Plus..when I went to finance...Chad..I'm not sure of his last name...was awesome...his job was having to do with the finance part of the sale...I already had a great warranty that covered my vehicle...well he showed me another warranty that he thought would be good for me..but I told him no it was too much. So he excluded some of the items that he thought I wouldn't need and it lowered the payment. Glad I got the extra warranty. So go to Kingwood KIA Dealership if youre looking for a new or newer vehicle and ask for Leonardo Enriquez who will take good care of you..whatever he has to do to get you in your dream car...he'll do it! And don't forget to ask for Chad in finance!! Happy Car Hunting!Great service, professional salespeople
by Katie Blanco on 01/11/2023When coming to this dealership, we were pleasantly surprised by how considerate and knowledgeable our salesman Leonardo Enriquez was. He was able to help us go through pros and cons of vehicles and didn’t waste any time with helping us… figure out paperwork, test drive vehicles and also look at options to trade in another vehicle. We didn’t feel like he was pushy or not giving us all the information we needed to make an informed buying decision. The manager, Mike, was also great to work with.Outstanding Customer Service
by Sam V on 11/26/2022If you are purchasing a vehicle from Parkway Family Kia ask for Karen P. She is an outstanding sales person that is willing to work with you. She is a women of her word and willing to help out. Cannot say enough on the interaction through… out the entire process. Highly recommend Karen and Parkway Family Kia for your next vehicle purchase.
About our dealership
There was no free solution honestly. You bought a Camry, not a kia. Car was used. Next time buy new Kia and you would be treated with respect.
