The prices to maintain my Velar is high so just know before you purchase that you will spend around $800 to… $1200 for recommended Service based on mileage. I walked in because my engine light went off- I had no appointment. I got some much more else done that needed addressing… because of Michael. Michael went above & beyond to help. We got the part ordered, gave me a loaner because my car needed to stay & I live in Pearland, car inspection & topped it off with a car wash. He is such a pleasant personality, great communicator & seems like he loves what he does. Buying the car online was simple - it did take a few days. But I didn’t have… to drive 3 hours each way and I could get the car I wanted instead of compromising for something closer. He was friendly and personable throughout my visit.
