From the moment my sister told me about this dealership, the experience was so great! She had previously purchased her Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover West Houston and suggested I do the same. When we arrived, we were graciously greeted by wonderful people. Doug (GM) came out to speak with us while one of the team members went to get Julio (My salesman). Julio was absolutely delightful and courteous! He made sure my purchase was smooth. He had already spoken to me two weekend prior to me driving down to Texas with my sister and knew what I wanted. So by the time I sat down at his desk, the process had already begun. My NEW vehicle was already washed and gassed up even before I signed my documents! Anh from finance was AMAZING!
