    From the moment my sister told me about this dealership, the experience was so great! She had previously purchased her Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover West Houston and suggested I do the same. When we arrived, we were graciously greeted by wonderful people. Doug (GM) came out to speak with us while one of the team members went to get Julio (My salesman). Julio was absolutely delightful and courteous! He made sure my purchase was smooth. He had already spoken to me two weekend prior to me driving down to Texas with my sister and knew what I wanted. So by the time I sat down at his desk, the process had already begun. My NEW vehicle was already washed and gassed up even before I signed my documents! Anh from finance was AMAZING! She was also kind and gracious! I’ve purchased high end vehicles in the past but this was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Thank you to all who helped me get into my NEW beauty!     DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent service visit and subsequent issues with my 2019 Range Rover Velar. On May 24, 2024, I brought my vehicle in for brake analysis at 7:30 AM. During the inspection, I was informed that while the brakes met the 125-point pass rate for a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle backed by Autonation's 4,000 miles/4-month dealer warranty, it was recommended that both the front and rear brakes and rotors be replaced due to being warped and causing the squeaking noise when braking. It is evident that this issue was pre-existing at the time of purchase on April 29, 2024 and was overlooked during the CPO inspection. The service manager offered a $500 discount on the quoted repair price of $2,600. Despite this gesture, the original issue of bringing the vehicle in for brake concerns remains unresolved. More alarmingly, upon leaving the dealership at around 12 noon to return to my home in Austin, Texas, I encountered an error message indicating "Transmission Overheating" approximately 20 minutes from my home. The vehicle stalled and would not accelerate over 60 mph. I had to pull over, turn off the vehicle, and wait for 20 minutes to allow it to cool down. Upon attempting to restart the vehicle, it would not move at all. As a customer, it is extremely disheartening to experience such severe issues immediately after leaving the service department. I have been informed that loaner vehicles are booked out until June 20, 2024, but I cannot be without transportation until then. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in Land Rover and Autonation's CPO car buying process. I’ve emailed management and have yet to get a response to rectify this situation, given the circumstances. This experience has left me wanting to returning the vehicle and voiding the loan. This has been a total inconvenience and loss of confidence in their services. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Nathan Ward

    I came to the dealership to have a second key replacement made. Brady Ingram was so nice and professional. Unfortunately, I left a jacket behind in the waiting area. After reviewing the video it showed another customer who was also sitting in the waiting area, decided it was hers for the taking rather than turning it in. The dealership wanted to make it right for me even though it wasn’t their fault. I really appreciated it.
