    Great car buying experience. No high pressure, no low-balling me on my trade-in and no high-balling me on the price of the new vehicle. Salesman Ryan Miller was great, as were the finance person Billy Harvey and the accessories person Kevin McKinnon. I found the truck I wanted online, knew the trade value of my trade-in, and knew the advertised discounts for the new truck. Straightforward and no high pressure. Refreshing to not get beat up buying a new vehicle. Felt very comfortable and enjoyed my experience here. Love my new F-250 Super Duty!!

    I just wanted to say Vicky Smario our sales rep was wonderful in every respect. She was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I have not bought a car in 7 years and really was unsure of the process, but she helped us every step of the way. I used this dealership to buy my very first car, which I have loved, and even though I love my new Chevrolet equinox, it is very hard to trade my old car in. But I will keep coming back here because of how wonderful and respectful everyone here is. Thank you so much for taking your time Vicky!

    No Hassell, No Fuss... In and out with a very nice preowned 2013 Nissan Frontier. You accepted my very old run down 2001 ford ranger as a trade in. No money down.     We just purchased 2 wks ago the 2019 Ford Expedtion XLT. I was so surprised at all the custom features on this SUV. We got the active x seat material, it is just like leather and very very nice. This SUV comes standard with so many options its hard to mention them all, like big screen on the radio, back up camera is great on it, dual climate control , hands free options, heated & cooled seats, electric power seats, all kinds of safety crash sensors and warnings. We had no idea this SUV came with so many features. Its super nice and we are loving it.

    The finance person told me that we could refinance later if I wanted to but that is not the case. It was misleading and not true at all. They lied just to get the sale. It’s very Unprofessional and ridiculous that now I have to suffer the consequences.

    I’ve been looking for a used vehicle now for a few months. I want to buy something I can make tactical looking, but still want it to be pretty nice on the inside. So I wanted to test drive a Land Rover, a Range Rover, and possibly a Toyota 4runner. After searching the Internet, I saw that Randall Reed Ford had a Range Rover among their used vehicles. So I called there to make sure it was there before I drove over there. A gentleman named, Chase answered the phone. Chase assured me it was there and asked me when I would like to come out and test drive it. I’m told him I would be there in about an hour. I pulled up almost exactly an hour later, and Chase was standing out front right next to the Range Rover. I got out of my vehicle and asked if his name is Chase, and it was. He had the car up front and ready for me to test drive a soon as I pulled up. He’s in hand. And less than five minutes I was test driving a vehicle. I realized after being in it, it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for..... When I pulled back in, I noticed a used four runner sitting there. I asked him if I could drive that. He replied, “Sure!”, and in less than five minutes from then, I was test driving the 4runner! I liked it better than the range rover, but still wasn’t “feeling it”. I showed him a picture of a really cool looking FJ cruiser that I loved! It was all black and very tactical looking… I told him I wanted something that Clild be made to look something like that, but with nicer amenities on the inside… He understood exactly what I was looking for. He searched the other lots for land rovers and FJ cruisers with no avail.... But during the test drives and while looking up the other vehicles, The conversation was very pleasant. Not pushy at all! First time I have ever experienced that on a used car sales lot… Even on a new car sales lot! And I have been to a lot of car lots in my years! My husband gets a different car every three years or so, and I usually am with him when he’s shopping for them. I threw a lot of questions chases way. If he didn’t have an answer, he looked it up to give me the correct one. Another thing that I highly respect.....Not just giving an answer just to give one! It’s hard to teach people NOT to do that as I have discovered over the many years of working in customer service. I’ve been to several other used car sales lots in the past month or so. I really hope he finds what I’m looking for as I would love for him to have my business and get the credit. He is actually the same age as my daughter as I found out from talking to him. So all you “seasoned salesman” there, please don’t ruin him! Or I should say, please don’t try to ruin him. Take notes from the young guy! :) he’s doing it right! Now my small gripe: There was another guy there that tried to step in towards the end as I was about to leave. He asked Chase what was going on with the progress, and then basically escorted me to one of the offices to where he could try to look up vehicles and find something that I would like… *sigh*..... I told him that Chase already looked, and that he knew what I was looking for, and he didn’t find anything. So he said he was going to look… I thought that was pretty unprofessional and particularly rude. It’s basically like him stating that he didn’t think Chase could do the job…So this guy tried throwing all these other cars out that would actually wind up looking like a monster truck more then tactical… I told him that’s not what I was looking for. He still persisted… Being pretty pushy about it..... I mean, I know that’s their job to sell cars, and I’m sure he meant well… He seemed very nice, but I still think it was pretty rude in general. Not the way I like to do business. After wasting about 20 minutes of my time trying to find something that wasn’t there, I got up to leave. Chase walked me out. He told me he would keep his eye out and let me know if he finds any of the vehicles I am looking for. I really do wish all car salesman will take the same approach to the whole ordeal as he did. That’s the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back. Kudos Chase!

    Planet ford 59 is not the same, same owners but different finance folks inside. Not the same family we once bought from! Will be moving this family down the road for future business.

    Very disappointed in not making a deal, for basically $1000 dollars. It's very upsetting to me that as a veteran I couldn't even get $500 dollars off the price of the truck. Only 24 months after service is absurd and a disgrace to military veterans. You take better care of a Houston Texans ticket owner and that is just sad. The sales man also told us they had incentives for Harvey Victims. We lost everything in the storm, the reason we are buying a new truck is to pull RV we're living in. But apparently we couldn't even get this. Very upset. Was willing to spend a lot of money. Sincerely Brian Miller. [contact info removed]

    Darla is a very Compassionate and caring person, She's a friend and she is not pushy and will definitely help you get vehicle that you want and not just settle for anything. She lets you choose and then she tells you everything about the Vehicle you choose. She's very knowledgeable and knows her Products. She straight forward and tells you advantages and disadvantages.     I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone made sure my husband and I were comfortable while we were working through the sale. I went in with a set dollar for out the door cost, and my request was met. Ken was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and had it on the lot the next day. Kevin was able to get the rear console installed in time for me to pick up the car the next day. Jerald made the paperwork just fly. I was amazed at how fast DocuSign made the whole process. And Lindi was awesome with feature overview. He made sure I understood each feature before moving to the next. He also texted me next day to leave contact information should I have any questions at all. The team was focused and attentive to every detail to ensure my car purchase was completed to my satisfaction.

    My husband and I bought a 2016 Shelby from here on Dec 21, 2015. We live in Louisiana, but it was difficult to find just the right car locally, so I found the one here online. I had credit approval and was in touch with Daniel (sales manager) by phone to set everything up prior to driving 5 hrs to sign paperwork and pick up the car. It could not have been any easier for them to make the sale. I even paid $10K over the sticker price (that was the going rate at all dealerships for this car). Despite my being so proactive, there were still hours between arriving and leaving with the car. We specifically asked about a car cover while waiting and was told there wasn't one. We killed some time in the parts department having them look for one with no luck. The sticker was never put on the window, so I didn't look closely at it until I was home and found that there was supposed to be a dealer installed car cover included. I was in touch with Joe (salesman) several times by voice and text over the course of more than a month about the car cover. He finally said they had the cover and wanted me to stop by for it. I told him I wasn't close by and asked him to mail it. After giving him the address and waiting weeks, I asked him for a tracking number, which I never got. After Joe stopped responding, I left two messages for Daniel. By this time, my temp tag had expired and I still had not received my plates in the mail. He called my husband back instead of me and told him Joe no longer worked there and he'd check in to it and get back with us. That's been almost two weeks ago and we've heard nothing since. I'll be getting my phone records together so I have the facts available when I call an attorney for advice.

    Please listen to the reviews before attempting to purchase here. It was a completed and total nightmare. If it was not for the fact I really wanted this vehicle, I would have tanked the deal.The sales manager is arrogant and will not work with you, listen to you, or explain things to you.
