Much of my research was online however; we are no strangers to… Hyundai as this will be our fourth Hyundai purchase. Upon arrival, my husband and I were warmly greeted (no pun intended) by a gentleman by the name of Rance Mudd. It was within 10 minutes of meeting this man, that I turned to my husband and said that I hoped my car search over, because that is someone I would love to give our business to. Not long after expressing my new car must haves, I was on a test driving my Dream Car. I'm happy to say that I drove away with a beautiful 2016 Hyundai Tucson (in winter white) that day and I can't stop smiling! Our sales associate Rance did an outstanding job. He made what I once considered an excruciating process, PAINLESS!! Thank you, thank you! It was a pleasure it was doing business with the Humble Hyundai Team. by bambara0 on 07/06/2016My husband and I went to this dealership, Humble Hyundai to hopefully purchase a new vehicle. The salesman Patrick Arvie greeted us and asked us how could he help us. We told him what were looking for, the price range, the color, what could… he do for us. We saw a vehicle that matched the description and Patrick took us inside to his office and offered us some cold water, it was extremely hot, even in the AM. We were practically sold at that point. Patrick got driver's license info from both of us and we went on a test drive. The vehicle's points, warranties, and other details were noted, all of our questions were answered. The particular car that I test drove had a rattle on the right side. When we returned back to the dealership, Patrick got us another car (same color and options) to replace the rattled vehicle. Another excellent selling point. My husband made Patrick an offer to purchase the vehicle and the counter offer was definitely acceptable. we bought the vehicle. We will definitely come back to Humble Hyundai (and look for Patrick) to purchase a vehicle. We have already recommended Patrick and the dealership to our friends. My sales consultant was with me every step of the way. I was always in the "know" as to what… was going on, what needed to happen, and how to work all the "bells and whistles" on the car.Great service

by Rwol1113 on 05/20/2016Overall I rated my experience as excellent. Our Sales Assoc, Charles Dillahunty, was excellent. There was no pressure or uncomfortable feeling at any time. We made two visits to the dealership. The first was to just look at the cars you… had available on the lot, for what I was interested in. I didn't have 2 or 3 sales members come running out to "get me". After about 10 minutes of looking, my eventual rep came out and answered all of my questions and even made some great suggestions, for which I took advantage of some of them. He gave me his card and I told him I would be back in two days to make a decision. At no point did he call to question me and see if I was coming, when I was coming, if I was still interested. When I did return, the day after I said I would, he was already gone for the day. I called him and he came back and stayed until the sale was completed. This is the first time , as I told him and your Finance Manager, that I will leave the dealership and actually recommend that my friends, co-workers and family go to this dealership, ask for Charles Dillahunty and buy their car from him. You will have a repeat customer as long as he is there. I am 100% sincere about my experience.Best car buying experience ever

Our Sales Professional "Carlos Gallien" was so patient with all the "strange questions and comments", that I asked him... he kept reassuring me that I didn't have to sign nothing until I felt totally… comfortable to sign the sales agreement. I have bought many vehicles in my 71 years. Most of the time I didn't trust the salesman. Carlos Gallien has changed my opinion about not trusting a car salesman. He not only called in the financial man "Raymond Funk" to reassure me and understand the benefits of buying with Hyundai, before I even picked out the vehicle I wanted. They both assured me and that I understood "EVERYTHING", and that they were not there to "scam me", so to speak. These two men should be honored in their professionalism and honesty. As I said "The best sales experience EVER!" I love my new Hyundai Sonata, it is so much like a luxury car, I can't wait to drive it again.
