Upon returning, he not only got the items but gave them to me without me having to get out of the car. Mark has always gone… above and beyond the call of duty. No matter what I need he always takes the time to be helpful. Another time, I was having trouble with my blue tooth phone system. And again, he took time from his busy schedule to be helpful and fix the problem. Thank you Mark for all you do! Really liked the look of the Elantra's but at the time I wasn't going to be able to handle a car note. There was never any pressure to… purchase, our sales rep Brett only cared about getting us the car we wanted when we wanted it. Christmas 2015 comes and now im ready. Once again we deal with Brett and once again receive nothing but the highest quality service. He takes his time to answer each of our questions fully and completely, and in the event he doesn't know he will find out right there for you. There are no games with Hyumble Hyundai like you find at other dealerships, Rather than long negotiating processes we asked what was the best price Humble Hyundai could deliver and what was the best they could do on my 2006 Sonata trade in and Brett got those numbers for us immediately. Best of all...even after all of this hard work that he was putting into the sale there was still not an ounce of pressure on us to "BUY NOW". No "what do I have to do to get you to buy today", no holding my keys so I couldn't leave the dealership, none of those little tricks that you so often see. Dealing with Humble Hyundai is plain and simply the most relaxed and comfortable buying experience you can find, and when the time eventually comes for me to part with my new 2016 Elantra, they will be my first stop.
