Humble Hyundai

Overall I rated my experience as excellent. Our Sales Assoc, Charles Dillahunty, was excellent. There was no pressure or uncomfortable feeling at any time. We made two visits to the dealership. The first was to just look at the cars you had available on the lot, for what I was interested in. I didn't have 2 or 3 sales members come running out to "get me". After about 10 minutes of looking, my eventual rep came out and answered all of my questions and even made some great suggestions, for which I took advantage of some of them. He gave me his card and I told him I would be back in two days to make a decision. At no point did he call to question me and see if I was coming, when I was coming, if I was still interested. When I did return, the day after I said I would, he was already gone for the day. I called him and he came back and stayed until the sale was completed. This is the first time , as I told him and your Finance Manager, that I will leave the dealership and actually recommend that my friends, co-workers and family go to this dealership, ask for Charles Dillahunty and buy their car from him. You will have a repeat customer as long as he is there. I am 100% sincere about my experience.
