Average experience. 55K Service on an A6 ended up costing about $1500 once you factor in an alignment, and an oil pressure switch problem (pretty common). Mostly expected this. Alignment feels off now, where as it seemed perfectly fine when it went in... Audi offered to fix it, but I'm heading out of town tomorrow and don't have the time to deal with the service dept / shuttles / etc. Taking it to a place closer to where I live that only does alignments. Place was clean. Customer service was nice enough. No loaner, but they did shuttle me to work / back. Service dept can be hard to reach. Not just my individual rep, but getting anyone in general to answer a phone took around 30 min (called from about 3pm to 3:30pm on 8/9/16 if you're wondering Audi Support) Not impressed for $1500.

25,000 mile service

I recently brought my Q5 in for it's 25,000 mile service. The staff are very helpful from the moment you walk in to the dealership and I was taken care of within 2 minutes. Chen was very thorough and explained what the check up would entail. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes which was within the window of wait time I had been told. Very comfortable waiting area and free WiFi were nice features. I had purchased the maintenance service program when I purchased my car so the service was free except for the rotation and balance for my tires which I paid roughly $60 for. I felt that was about double what tire dealerships cost but went ahead and had it done since I was already there. Very quick, in and out and easy.

I had a low tire pressure light come on. I was able to drive to the service department. They analyzed it upon my arrival and quickly reached the conclusion that I had a puncture of some sort. Since I had the tire insurance for low profile tires, they quickly contacted the insurance company and then replaced my tire. All done within an hour.

I love my car , The attitude around the building in general is a bit snoody . I will say My service rep was the best ! Chien Tsai he thoroughly went over my vehicle with me and explained all of my options . I didn't feel pressured but he did let me know what was available and the services I really needed to have done . He was the first rep to ever give me my vehicle back spotless! all work was completed on time and he was extremely friendly and courteous of my time and needs. Thanks Chien
