    The salesperson was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Gabriel M. was very thorough in his explanation of the SUV, its components, and options as they differ from one model to the next and finance options. Him, Chris… and Giane (Sterling McCall liaison) helped me find a vehicle in a preferred color, even giving me a chance to view the vehicles recently arriving to the dealership. It was a pleasant experience for me and my spouse. Thank you.

    There was an issue that the associate completely ignored. I even mentioned twice and he told me not to worry. When I got my vehicle back I saw that it was not taken care of.

    I recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Bolt EV from Sterling McCall Buick GMC, and it was a fantastic decision. The dealership handled the entire process through email, making it incredibly convenient. They were quick to iron out an initial… issue with the CPO warranty, and I even benefited from a $4000 EV tax credit. If you’re in the market for an EV, I highly recommend checking them out for a hassle-free experience and great value.

  • Engine light

    Grateful day. I scheduled and dropped off vehicle at 1000 on a Tuesday. I called 3.5 hours later to get an update. Service tech called me an hour later stating they can’t find an issue but would call Me back before 1800. Johnathan kept his… word and left vmail at 1650 stating I can pick up vehicle or give them more time to discover the engine light issue. I allowed vehicle to stay overnight as the engine light surfaced as “engine misfire”. I have three small Children so safety is paramount. I didn’t receive an update so I called ever 2.5 hours unable to reach anyone…despite being told my service clerk someone would call me back. I literally had to to go up to service dept in TX heat without AC to discover no progression on the vehicle. Gratefully, Aaron, did research with service dept and was able to not only get my vehicle completed but wash it also.

    My Yukon XL had a leak into the cabin from a frozen / ruptured washer fluid line. The Sterling McCall Buick GMC went the extra mile to insure I was covered under warranty. They saved me a ton of money. I really appreciate my service advisor… Esteban and the service management.

  • Oil Change

    Scheduled an oil change service in advance as a wait on vehicle customer. Note, the point of scheduling in advabce is for the wait to be shorter. The day of service I waited for over two hours and noone updated me on my vehicle as I waited… in the lobby. Had to go look for the representative to ask what was taking so long. Turns out they were backed up on the car wash. Ended up returning my truck dirty after a long wait. If I hadn't gone up to ask, I would have probably waited another hour just for the car wash they offer.

  • Forced over priced dealer add on’s

    Sales people were ok to deal with except for shoving dealer addendum’s (dealer add on’s) down your throat. They wouldn’t sale the vehicle without thousands of dollars in add on’s. Not everyone wants 4 grand in useless add on’s. If you find… a similar vehicle else where, start there and save money.

  • GMC Sierra at4x worst service in my entire life

    First oil change in my new truck. Asked them to look at some issues while they were at it. Mainly a noise coming from the left from over bumps. I was told the leveling kit I installed was causing the problem, but they couldn’t tell me how… or why. They actually couldn’t tell me anything about it. Because they refused to even look at the problem. I was standing right by the mechanic telling the service advisor that when he took the tire off and saw leveling kit he didn’t going any farther. I never once asked for it to be covered under warranty, never said I wouldn’t pay for the diagnostic. Told them I would pay for the repairs. They still refused to look at my $85k truck that has problems before the first oil change. I might add when I arrived to pick up my truck. There was no one outside, to greet me or inside for that matter. No one at the parts desk. Literally no one asked me if I needed help for a solid 20 mins. Finally I decided to set my alarm off on my truck from my phone. Still no one even seemed concerned. I finally had to walk to the back of the lot and grab an employee. This is hands down the worst service shop I have been too in my entire life. Stay far away from this place.

  • 2023 used Dodge purchase

    Traded in a truck for a used 2023 dodge. Informed dealer that there was another dodge same year that I was looking at at another dealership. Informed them that I didn’t want an extended warranty since there was one that was cheaper and… also that factory warranty on vehicle was still good for another 10k miles and 3 years and that I work offshore and truck would sit for 9 months out of the year. Found out after purchase that they charged me over 10k in extended warranties and never asked if I would like to add it even after telling them I didn’t want extended warranty. I understand car market it slow and dealer makes the most of there money on extended warranties now but just be honest and not try to sneak warranties in. Just bad customer service and trust is lost.
