Alvarez. and he said: "If you want a brand new Vehicle. Thats what… your going to get!." His Helpfulness and willingness to work with me makes suck a difference. Its an impeccable skill helping people, and he is an asset to ford. There are a lot of other dealerships selling the same thing. but not everyone can make there customer feel content and good about what they are buying and who they are buying from!. There is no doubt in my mind that sam already knows he has the skills to provide a service to his customers that makes him a winner. And excels him from a lot of others. Joe Rodriguez helped me paitently each day I went in. He made sure I knew the difference… and showed me how each could benefit me. I felt we found the right model and then went in to finance after working out the pricing. Emmie was very thorough explaining all my financing and warranty options. With the help of the manager Brian Blair I truely felt we had made a great deal. I'm very happy with my new F-150 and look forward to having my service done in the future.I'm very thankful

Talked with a salesman who was very easy going, and not high pressure. They had the truck, I… drove it, I liked it. Problem is, there is a $1500 trade in incentive, I can't get their advertised price without trading in my old truck, and I am not willing to let it go for what they offered. I still may go back, but I just wanted to tell others that they were honest, they had what they advertised, and they were not high pressure. Recommended.
