Russell & Smith Ford

I went in to Russell & Smith Ford knowing I wanted a new F-150 but I wasn't sure what kind. I knew I had to get a great deal before making my decision. Joe Rodriguez helped me paitently each day I went in. He made sure I knew the difference and showed me how each could benefit me. I felt we found the right model and then went in to finance after working out the pricing. Emmie was very thorough explaining all my financing and warranty options. With the help of the manager Brian Blair I truely felt we had made a great deal. I'm very happy with my new F-150 and look forward to having my service done in the future.
