onBeen quiet about my experiences at Momentum BMW but I have to admit it's gotten better and better. the speed and cohesive operation of the team is exceptional. My guy is Sheff but was about to go on vacation and new he wouldn't be around to finish the job in his usual perfect manner so he handed me off to Jorge. without hesitation Jorge knocked it out the park and not even being here, Sheff followed up with me to ask if I was well taken care off while on vacation. Who does that anymore? ...apparently these two guys at Momentum BMW

Custmer Service advisor "Dwayne" did not listen ...

onI brought my Jaguar iPace in due to wreck on Sept 22nd 2020 ... It is now Feb 5th 2021 ... My car appearance wise was fixed ... But the service advisor did not listen to me and gave me a car that shut down on me in the middle of a busy road ... They took my car back to this day i still dont have an answer about when it will be fixed ... Dwaynevthru the whole proccess never reached out to me except when incalled to check on why it was taking so long ... I am fighting with my insurance company weekly ... Because they say they don't know if my current issues are due to the accident ... This whole experence has been a nightmare that will not end ... I still don't have my car ... I still don't have any answers ... and i still never get a call ... I have to initiate any responce with calls to them ... Now buying the car the dealerdhip i give a 4.8 ... The Service area i give a 4.8 ... Collision Repair side a 2.2 ...

onGreat customer service from Peter Schermerhorn. Dropping off my car was extremity easy he had me in and out within a few minutes. Every step of the way he would give me updates, how it was getting fixed, when the repairs where done and when I should be able to pick it up. I'm definitely going to bring my car back for any other services it might need and recommend him to my friends and family!

Bad Service & poor customer service

onTook my 7 series to check my alignment since my right wheel was inwards after hitting a curb. They claim to have done the alignment and told me i had a problem with the suspension, or knuckles that the right side looks lower than the other sides. Took it to Eurocar werk and as soon as he lifts the car he sees the tie rod is broken. Just wondering how they missed that and how can you perform an alignment successfully on it. They claim that it wasnt an alignment done and it was a diagnostic after showing me a alignment report. Even if it was a diagnostic where is the diagnostic report and why wont the fault detected. This dealership lacks trust and customer service. Advantage BMW did the alignment, brake fluid replacement and oil change and replaced the cabin filters.Talk to Mr Kuranoff the Manager, took 1 month and 3weeks before i could get the dealer's attention after numerous calls each week.

onIf I could rate service with 10 stars I would defiantly do it. Peter Shermerhorn is ALWAYS very professional, makes sure that all work is done in a timely fashion and let's me know how much I should expect to pay for service. When I pick up my car, Peter goes over my invoice with me and there's no hidden fees and no surprises. I would recommend Momentum BMW to all BMW owners

onI had a great experience!! My 328 had a check engine light. I made a appointment with Peter Schermerhorn to bring it in and have looked at. Peter was super professional in explaining what the light was, how it would be fixed, and what day I was getting my car back. He even went above and beyond with getting me a shuttle back to my office. By FAR one of the easiest and best service experiences I've had. I defiantly look forward to bring in my car for any kind of service it might need in the future!

Issues not solved or even addressed

onTook my 535I in for its initial service. Had three other issues since I got the car. 1) Steering wheel was not centered ( a pet peeve of mine) 2) Wood panel covering a/c vents in center console was not installed properly leaving opening at top where I could see into the guts of the dash 3) The soft shut doors had wind noise and would rattle on bumps. The center console issue appears to be resolved. There is still wind noise and the issue of the steering wheel was not even addressed after I handed them a typed list of my issues. Takes me and hour and 1/2 to get to the dealership. Guess I will just live with it until I go back to Mercedes. Had 3 E class and a convertible and never had any issues. Had a Mercedes rag-top that was as quiet as this car. Really disappointed.

Above and beyond service

onOur car had transmission problem an hour away from Houston, so we took it to momentum bmw on friday. We were going to visit family for the 4th of July weekend. Rick, our service advisor, told us that they will be closed for the weekend and monday due to the holiday and that our car will not be looked at until probably Thursday. We had to be back home by Tuesday. Long story short, Rick went above and beyond to get our car ready by Tuesday morning and we made it back on time. We were pleased with excellent service and the whatever it takes attitude Rick gave us. Awesome job!
