    Best KIA Dealer ever! I truly enjoyed my car buying experience with Mike H. and FREDY KIA! I hate car shopping. But Mike H. was the most knowledgeable and professional of any dealership employee I ran across and I shopped online with several KIA Dealers. I felt comfortable in all my dealings with Mike Houston and Fredy KIA. I got a great deal and 5 years of free oil changes from Mike H. and Fredy KIA. I enjoyed being treated with respect and not being pressured by Mike during his sales process. Mike displayed integrity and transparency in all his interactions with myself and my family. I would recommend Mike H. and Fredy Kia to anyone shopping for a car.

    This is the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership, the salesman Ray told me that I was approved and to go ahead and come in to pick up the car! I told him to make sure that this was a sure thing because I didn't have a car and that it would cost me $60 to take a cab over there, he said that it was okay to come in. When I got to the dealership it got worse, Ray told me that he couldn't get me approved and that he was sorry. I said just reimburse me for the cab and I'll be on my way but Ray and the manager Danny told me that they weren't going to give me my money back and that I was out of luck! I called the police but they said it was a civil matter when it really should be criminal for what they did! These people think that it's okay to play with peoples lives and money!!! I have reported them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau for Fraudulent Business Practices! Stay clear from these [non-permissible content removed]!!!!!

    I went to this dealer to checkout an vehicle advertised on their website. First they offered me a price $2000 more than the advertised price. When asked about it the immediate sales manager was contacted and he told me there was a pricing error. He showed me the disclaimer saying, they have the right to change the price. I said OK then I don't want the car. But they kept me on the hook and started talking price negotiation. Finally a senior manager came on board and he offered me the car for the advertised price. The sales man asked me to fill in the paperworks and collected my social security number and drivers licence. I signed few papers and I asked the sales manager as he identified to me what is the price at the door? He calculated it and said ~$19500. Mean while they were running my information on the computer and the sales man came to me with the mothly payment plan. I asked him the break down and he took me to the guy who identified himself as "I am the boss here". I saw the purchase price $4500 more than what they agreed up on. I told him the purchase price is not correct, he responded saying I am the boss here, I get to decide the numbers. Then I told him the sales manager (name) agreed up on the price. Then the boss guy told he doesn't know who that was. Then he said he works for another company. I asked him where is all papers you asked me to sign? He replied, what paper? I don't know anything about it. I asked him why would the sales people agree to sell it with the advertised price? Then this "boss" guy said, they can agree up on any price, they can tell they would sell it for $6000, but he gets to decide the final price. I spent around 4 hrs there to be insulted. During my conversation with this "super boss" the sales man who showed me the vehicle stood there silently. I turned around and asked him why this dishonest dealing? He replied helplessly, I don't know sir. I would not recomment this dealer to anyone.

    I got a great deal on a 2011 Kia Optima. I was very impressed with the salesperson (Maranda) as she was very honest and stayed true to everything she told me over the phone. They stayed late to get the job done and answered all my questions thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. A great car as well.

    this dealer said there was a programing issue with the starter on a 2012 with 16 miles on it, and turned out they lied and had to put a whole new starter in it. and still have not cleaned the car or finished ordering the mats and other things that were promised. last time i buy a car from this dealer. do not believe a word they say

    I am a single mother of 3 who needed a car desperately....Carlos (the finance guy) was awesome in helping me get into one and even with my bad credit, he made it possible for me to afford my payments. I am so thankful to him and the staff. They really went above and beyond to help me and my kids drove off with a vehicle. I will absolutely go back.
  • Where's the Car?

    I wanted to see every version of the vehicle. From the base model to the Luxury model. The salesman would only show me the base and the luxury. He would not show me the "in between" model. Is was a waste of my time.
    • We got the same runaround. Then when we actually accepted the higher model the numbers were all different than what was agreed to and it was no longer out the door price. Very disappointing. Only the lowest and one of the highest nothing in between in our model to even look at.
