    To get exceptional service you first have to experience below subpar service. My husband and I were wanting to trade in my Jeep for an updated one. What ended up happening is ending up standing in front of several gentleman outside of Fred Haas Toyota in a rage fueled fit having just come from Tomball Dodge. We were extremely clear in what we were now expecting in vehicles but more importantly in customer service. Syed Ahmed stepped up and from beginning to end excelled in every aspect of our experience with Toyota. I am a first time Toyota buyer and purchased a 2024 4Runner. My husband and I were able to look at several choices in price and style while out on the lot shopping and our experience went up even more when we went inside. We thought we had just walked in on a commercial. The look of the dealership was so inviting and the staff was well dressed and very approachable and accommodating. And I’ve never seen so many buyers in negotiations for their next vehicle. Syed Ahmed sat us down and was real and honest during the whole process and even though the only thing he couldn’t get me was my 450 a month payment I was so use to he got me pretty dang close. We left honestly feeling like friends and wanting to stand around and chat which Syed even stayed after the lights were turning off at 9pm when it was closing time to make sure we understood our vehicle inside and out. Our experience blows away any I’ve ever had. We will be spreading his name around and continuing our new partnership with this dealership in the future. Oh… and I absolutely LOVE my 4Runner.

    Soooo disappointed.!!! Horrible horrible service. Went in at 4:45 P.M. with an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. 6:45pm car still SITTING out back in garage, I asked the tech, car gets driven up front... went to cashier area signed for release of my keys, walked back to the tech and asked if my tires were rotated to which he responded a 10,000 mile Includes it all..... the car was not washed, the interior of my damn car with hand prints of oil on seats, arm rest and console smelling of oil and to top it all f...en off- TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED!!!!!! (I had marked my tires😜) so now I'm wondering if my oil and filter were even changed...... Absolutely disrespectful and dishonest....

    I bought the maintenance agreement for my 2019 Tundra Platinum to get the 10K oil changes/tire rotations and multi-point inspections. I was worried about how long it would take, but Matt McCurdy took great care of me and I was out in just over an hour. Further, he checked my oil level (at my request) while I was in line for my appointment. That sounds like something small, but I really wanted to know and he was so helpful and obliging.

    I came into the store already upset that a nail had ruined my plans for the day and the dealership felt that the set of 4 tires needed to be replaced as it was around 38,000 miles on the Factory installed tires. Mr Pat Pendergast who was servicing me had a terrible attitude to be at the front helping in putting the orders in *customer service might not be a requirement for the people at the front. While I was sitting there he was bad mouthing his colleague Jan (who by the way has helped me over the past 10 plus years on the other side). His direct quote " no body wants to touch anything that Jan started". I dont know the internal politics but I can tell you Jan has much better customer service than Mr Pendergast. The other issue was that when I asked if he would price match NTB Alignment cost of $89 (you are $109); especially with the board right outside the office; he said that only means price matching with other Toyota dealers (since that is not mentioned on the Ad, i believe that is false Advertising). He was very rude and abrupt in his comments and if it was not for that nail that was stuck in my car I would have driven it off to the nearest NTB or Discount tires. As I tried to put this review in, someone from Customer service did call me and say that they would get his boss to call me but after waiting for more than an hour for the call I have decided to go ahead and leave the review here and hopefully in other websites to let people know the service they should expect

    Brought in my 2016 tundra crewmax for 20,000 service, I advised service rep Matt truck was having front break problem. Per Matt they were refusing take ownership of any warranty repairs. Matt even made an acusations that the problem was related to my driving habits which was totally ridiculous. Not being satisfied l took my truck to Mike Calvert Toyota were they did a total front end break job all under warranty. I made a vow to never to business with Fred Haas after have previously purchased four vehicles

    Whats the point of purchasing a service package and giving your conpany a bunch of money and making an appointment for an oil change if it would s going to take 2 hrs for an oil change. This is ridiculously poor service. Dont have to worry about me buying another truck from your company. I guess i learned my lesson 40 thousand dollars too late.

    The advisor that I had was beyond horrible! Got there at 10am didn’t leave until 3pm just for an oil change. I have never had a problem at this location until today! The advisor that helped me did not even call, update me on anything about my car, I called the service desk so they can transfer me to his office phone and he didn’t even bother.

    The service department at Fred Haas Toyota Country is excellent and professionally second to none. If you need service completed on your vehicle, see Ms Jan Martin. She is one top notch service manager. She is meticulous, courteous and professional in her demeanor. You can buy a car anywhere, it is the service personnel and the quality of service that determines if you return when it's time to get a new car or not. Keep up the great job! Thanks to Ms Martin and to Fred Haas Toyota Country. As long as she is there, I will continue to return to have my Toyotas serviced again and again.

    I was greeted by a service person as soon as I pulled into the service area. My advisor took my vehicle to a technician right away and kept me informed. Once the problem was diagnosed the repair was completed in a timely manner.

    I was sent a confirmation verifying my reservation to bring in my 4 runner for maintenance, which was convenient. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. My assistant was notified immediately that I was there. Brandon told me it would be approximately 1 hour and I received my courtesy call that my vehicle was ready in slightly under an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful.     I had an appointment time and was greeted and waited on quickly. The service manager, Scott is very nice and polite, and answered all my questions. I also appreciated getting the service done quickly.

    Personnel courtesy and diligence in general. But more specific, this is the second time, Patrick Bonin works with my 4Runner service request and he is 200% oriented towards Customer Satisfaction. My Runner took longer than expected and he waited after office hours for me. I even saw him driving the runner to the carwash. That is Customer Service.

    Brandon was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to and he answered all my questions I had regarding my car. He was prompt in returning my call when I called him. Great customer service Brendon. They did fix my car but I still hear the noise and I guess they couldn't figure out where it's coming from and no feed back regarding it but I had explained to them about it. Overall I was very happy because Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. Thanks Toyota. Till next visit
