  • Amazing Place

5 out of 5 starsby Louis on 05/25/2019

As a first time buyer I had the best experience with Scott. He made the experience comfortable, stress free, and easy. I didn't feel pressured at any time during the sale. I'd highly recommend Fred Haas Toyota Country too anyone (especially first timers like myself)!

  • Great Experience

5 out of 5 starsby KNuzbach on 05/20/2019

We are very happy with our purchase and the experience we had at Fred Haas Toyota. We worked with Kevin Rodenbeck and he did everything he could to make the process as smooth and fast as possible. If he said he was going to do something, he kept his word. He even went out of his way after the sale to bring floor mats to my work office since they were not in the vehicle when we left. Would highly recommend contacting Kevin for your auto purchase at Fred Hass Toyota.

  • Fred Haas rocks

5 out of 5 starsby Mrsbee on 03/27/2019

I was in need of a car but had a few challenging things on my credit. My salesman, Kevin, went above and beyond to get me into a nice car. I’m loving my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a up to date vehicle whom may not have no where else to turn.
  • Horrible experience at Fred Haas

    1 out of 5 starsby Mitch070420 on 02/21/2019

I dealt with B. Hubbard and he was more concerned about getting a 10 on his evaluation instead either trying to get the vehicle and payments I wanted. I did not get either those. I felt like he not leave alone without purchasing any vehicle at his price.
  • Sales personnel, Isaac, was awful and very rude

1 out of 5 starsby AEspinosa on 02/08/2019

We worked with Isaac and he was incredibly rude and difficult to work with. We had to come back only a month and a half after purchasing our car to find by the service center we already needed a new battery for $170. They told us to talk to our salesperson to see if they could work something out to lower the price since we just bought the car and shouldn’t need a new battery already. When we spoke with Isaac he said the service center people don’t know what they are doing and to come back the next day and go to the preowned area to speak with them about the problem and work something out. That logic made no sense and our cars battery was pretty much dead so there was no way to bring the car back to be serviced by the preowned workers who don’t even service cars! And to tell us that the service center employees don’t know what they are doing is absurd because that is where we take our vehicles when there are problems that need to be fixed. So to hear that they don’t know what they’re doing isn’t very reassuring but I believe it was just Isaac trying to get out of the whole situation to where he could leave for the night and not handle the problem. When we told the service center the problem all they had to do was to speak with Isaac, came back and gave us 50% off the new battery. So the service center was fine but it was all Isaac that was the problem. When he spoke with us about the problem and what to do he raised his voice at us and said some really rude things like if we don’t understand what to do that that is our problem and not his and he talked over us and did not listen to our concerns with his absurd “solution” to the problem. He was argumentative 2 minutes in to the conversation, had a very bad attitude, was extremely rude to us and bad mouthed his coworkers at the service center, the people who actually did their job in a professional manner. So he alone put left a terrible impression of the kind of staff Toyota allows to work for them and handle their customers. If you have to go here avoid Isaac at all costs, he is an older African American man with a heavy accent who was very rude and unprofessional. I’m only giving specifics of what he looks like so that other customers can avoid him and hopefully his employers will know who I am talking about. He literally told us your service center is not good all while yelling at us because we didn’t feel we should have to bring our car back to be looked at by someone at the preowned area instead of the service center when our car wouldn’t make it back anyway because it was dead due to the bad battery that was in it when it was sold to us. Horrible service, sold a used car with a used bad battery which we had to pay $90 to replace after not even a month and a half. Service center employees were good though, despite Isaac bad mouthing them all
  • Unprofessional business ethics

1 out of 5 starsby Bad on 02/01/2019

We were given a deal to buy a vehicle we thought for 2 minutes . When we said we were ready they backed out. What kind of business is this? We were trying to find somebody to report this and the sales manager personally told us that He wouldn’t sell us anything for any amount of money and to get out of the dealership. We would advise people to stay out of this business.
  • Love my new Rav4

5 out of 5 starsby Gigi on 01/09/2019

  • Disappointed

1 out of 5 starsby Vicente on 10/20/2018

I went in there today to hopefully buy a car for my fiancée, but unfortunately that didn’t happened thanks to Vincent Minuta. He treated us horribly, very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. He actually got mad because we couldn’t afford the quote he gave us and his attitude was extremely rude and demeaning to us. I was expecting a lot more from Toyota and specially a manager. He bragged on how he is a salesman and thats all he cares, no customer satisfaction at all. Very disappointed and frustrated
  • Where are you sales personnel?

    1 out of 5 starsby dave_s on 05/30/2018

Went to dealership on Saturday, May 26 interested in a new Rav4. As I left my car, a gentleman asked if he could help me, I told him my interest and he stated he was Used cars only but if I went to the main building, they would help. Went inside - poked around the Rav4 on the showroom floor - opened doors, sat inside - no one spoke to me. Walked outside to see what other colors/options were available - looked at all 7 or 8 that were outside - no one came to speak to me. I did see a couple of staff in their company polos standing in front of the building but no one could be bothered. If this is your customer service for a sale, I dread what your after purchase service is. Luckily there are other dealers in the area; it's just that this dealership is closest to my home.
  • Rude unwilling to help

I had a very unpleasant experience here this is not the first time or the second time .me and my family have purchased many vehicles with Toyota and this dealership. I feel that my last experience it was by far the worst yet I was laughed at Shrugged off treated like I was stupid and in the end I feel like $70 was stolen from me I would like to address this in more detail and explain whom I dealt with far as who fought me tooth and nail and who tried to help me figure out my problem. I'm disappointed in this place. Me and all my family will ever return and probably be the last time we go with Toyota
  • My worse experience with sales staff at Fred Haas Toyota Country.

1 out of 5 starsby Khan on 12/01/2017

11-30-2017 First time when I just asked for a price of the desired vehicles the sales manager Ronny gave me false/fake "drive out" price intentionally with intent to deceive me, in order to involve me in deal making. Second time (on the same day) after making my mind and took my time to get that deal, went to the dealership again, the story was quite different. Another person (Steven Crisp, New Toyota Sales Consultant) came to me and trying to sale desired vehicle on his price totally different. I was not expecting him to talk to me I don't know why he came in between and made me confused, he has also said that he is the boss of all those sales manager, that was not true because Ronny denied Steve's boss-ship when finally came which he should come to me on the first place. Ronny has not kept his words/promise, he was trying to trap me with all kind of tricky words, and moreover this sales manager has no shame to lying on my face and trying to make his sales associate to do the same. Using those dirty tricks which any small dealerships would not do, Fred Haas Toyota Country sales staff is doing, I wasn't expecting this from Fred Haas Toyota Country, very untrustworthy sales people in the dealership. All team was playing their dirty roles in this sales drama one by one. When they were going back to their cabins, I clearly observed them laughing about me while hiding their faces behind computer monitors showing a lack of respect and courtesy to a potential customer. This saddens and disappointed me. That was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience I ever had. I came home very upset and depressed without a pledged deal. I lost all my precious time of the day which none of those people can compensate.

  • Unproffesional

1 out of 5 starsby ArmandoV on 03/26/2017

I was going to buy a Tacoma from this place but the Internet Sales Manager Farouk M. Sumani will lie to you. He said they would do a soft pull to check for best interest rate when they actually did a hard pull. After we discussed what happen, he tried to explain again with another lie. I then got upset and asked for my keys to my car they had appraised. Farouk M. Sumani got upset and slams my keys on the desk, again very unproffesional and do not understand the dealerships tactics on customer service. For this reason, I did not buy from them and writing this rating to let the buyers to be aware of Fred Hass Toyota. If I could do a zero star I would give that instead. Again, they are unprofessional and will lie to you, so stay away from them.
  • Best All Around Dealership

    5 out of 5 starsby still171 on 03/01/2017

I have been a loyal Fred Haas Toyota Country for over 13 years. I have owned vehicles from other dealers, Ford, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, but have never received the same quality of care that I have received from Fred Haas Toyota Country. This care doesn't stop once you have leased or purchased your new vehicle. From my first contact with a sales associate, in my case Eric Coleman, to finance and then to the service department, especially with Jan Martin, I have always received excellent service in all aspects of the process. On a personal note, when my Mother in Law passed away several years ago we received a beautiful flower arraignment with a heartfelt message from the dealership. It is for this and many other reasons I have recommended Fred Haas Toyota Country to family and friends with the utmost confidence and will continue to do so.

Excellent dealership. HUGE thanks to Tom P (Internet Sales Manager) at FredHaas Hwy 249, he is outstanding in his position and a truly great asset to Fred Haas Hwy 249. I had dealt with 6 dealerships in my hunt for 2015 XLE Pearl White Camry, the most worst car dealership is Fred Haas I45 where I met Sharon a very rude sale woman (I knew more about the product than this sale woman) and a dishonest sale manager Jim, who agreed my offer (after 4 members of my family have been waiting for 2 hrs in the lobby to see his decision) for a 2015 Camry XLE super white but he swap a different one which is a blue 2015 Camry SE, the one we did not offer. We left the I45 dealership immediately and swore never to come back to FredHass. A morning after, I got an email/call from Tom P from Fred Haas 249, it was a pleasure to talk to him and it changed my mind, we got a car (2015 XLE Pearl White Camry) 2 hours later at FredHass 249 after his first call, a HUGE thank again to Tom P as I got exact car I was looking for, you are a fabulous staff made my day so very special and Tom you are the man who saves FredHass name
