Fred Haas Toyota Country
Dealership Sales Review
11-30-2017 First time when I just asked for a price of the desired vehicles the sales manager Ronny gave me false/fake "drive out" price intentionally with intent to deceive me, in order to involve me in deal making. Second time (on the same day) after making my mind and took my time to get that deal, went to the dealership again, the story was quite different. Another person (Steven Crisp, New Toyota Sales Consultant) came to me and trying to sale desired vehicle on his price totally different. I was not expecting him to talk to me I don't know why he came in between and made me confused, he has also said that he is the boss of all those sales manager, that was not true because Ronny denied Steve's boss-ship when finally came which he should come to me on the first place. Ronny has not kept his words/promise, he was trying to trap me with all kind of tricky words, and moreover this sales manager has no shame to lying on my face and trying to make his sales associate to do the same. Using those dirty tricks which any small dealerships would not do, Fred Haas Toyota Country sales staff is doing, I wasn't expecting this from Fred Haas Toyota Country, very untrustworthy sales people in the dealership. All team was playing their dirty roles in this sales drama one by one. When they were going back to their cabins, I clearly observed them laughing about me while hiding their faces behind computer monitors showing a lack of respect and courtesy to a potential customer. This saddens and disappointed me. That was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience I ever had. I came home very upset and depressed without a pledged deal. I lost all my precious time of the day which none of those people can compensate.
