    Workers were friendly. Harrry was very helpful. Hopefully I will get this same service on return visits. If was to grade Harry I would give him a 10.

    I recently brought my truck in for an oil change. While doing the oil change the technicians noticed my shocks were leaking oil and needed to be taken care. MJ explained to me what needed to be done and scheduled the repairs the same day while the truck was on the lift. She then called me a LFYT to drop me off at work and bring me back when the repairs were finished. Thank you MJ for the great customer service!

  • wrong oil filter

    Oil filter upf63r is the correct filter for my 2023 xt5 3.6 engine. (They had 20 in stock) .Instead they replaced it with pf63, this has been known to leak from filter gasket because of the different by pass valve pressure . upf63r has a thicker shell to withstand the engine high pressure. I told my service advisor to make sure of the correct filter. Someone dropped the ball.

    Saad is knowledgeable, personable snd customer oriented. I was kept advise of the status of the service on my vehicle. I was treated like royalty by them taking me to my home after taking my vehicle in for service and the vehicle being taken to my home when service was completed. Where else do you get that kind of service? 👑

    I had a horrible experience with the first customer service representative. He treated me with a horrible attitude and a very bad loud voice. Telling me that they don’t have time to fix my car today because they had other cars that they needed to fix and that they were behind schedule. He kept on going on and on pretending that he didn’t understand what I was saying. Then someone else came and he understood everything I was saying and he went with me to my car and I showed him exactly what was going on. After he came to talk to me a third person came to me, that’s the person who took care of my car and was excellent with good manners and they fixed it in one day, whereas the first person said that I needed to wait for seven days. I am very happy with the last customer respresentative. I will rate the last person who actually took care of my car with customer service a 5/5.
